Live Like a Local in the most amazing neighborhood in Manhattan! The famous West Village has all of the NYC flavor right outside your door - best restaurants, shops, cafes and music. And when you are ready to branch out to other neighborhoods, there are 8 subways lines within 2 blocks, could not be more convenient!

We have a 1 bedroom suite available in this owner occupied brownstone building in the West Village. Total of 3 beds (queen in bedroom, 2 single beds in living area that turn into trundle sofa for day use). Sleeps up to 4. This is a 3rd floor walkup (2 flights), there is no elevator or doorman.

GREAT location, just 1/2 block to famous Bleeker St. Walk to all shops, cafes, restaurants and fun stuff in the W Village, SoHo and TriBeCa.

VERY cute accommodations with European flavor. Clean, cozy, high end linens and warm hospitality provided.

Wireless internet and cable TV. Private, small kitchen for making meals (table seats two), or heating up your leftovers after dining in one of the numerous restaurants in the neighborhood.

Owners live in the building and own the fabulous Organic Italian restaurant downstairs. The restaurants outdoor garden is open till about midnight. Light sleepers and early to bed guests please be aware of potential noise from outdoor garden. However we never have a complaint about too much noise.

This is a private one bedroom suite, available while our daughter is away to college. Has a private bath and kitchen, sitting area and separate bedroom with queen bed.

Location, Location, Location!

Great spot in the Village. So much to do in that area. Close to shops, restaurants and the subway for ease of exploring. The apartment itself is nicely decorated, clean and comfortable with enough provided amenities to allow us to make some basic meals. We found it quiet at night and our hosts were very pleasant. Obviously we were not expecting a modern space or hotel but that is also why we chose this location. You feel like you are in a community away from all the tourists.

For us it was perfect - the ability to shop for groceries and have coffee and breakfast in our own space and then wander aimlessly in the big apple. Then we would come back home to have a snack/cocktail, nap, shower up and get ready to go for dinner. And there is no shortage of great options right outside your door (including Palma right below) within walking distance or a longer walk/Uber to the East village or Brooklyn.

We have been to NY on a few occasions and love being in a neighbourhood like this but still within easy access of shows, museums, the High Line, a walk in Washington Square or Central park or even to see the more first time popular tourist attractions. Would love to stay there again and would also recommend it to those wishing to experience New York but a bit away from the "Times Square" like atmosphere.

Great location, cute, private apartment w/plenty of necessary amenities

My wife and I (ages 49 and 53) celebrated our 20th anniversary with a week in NYC, and we stayed the entire week in this very cute, small and private West Village apartment. The location--in the middle of very much hustle and bustle just southwest of Washington Square Park, but on a little, relatively quiet street--was wonderful. Very easy access to three different subway lines, a relatively inexpensive laundry right next door, and about 5000 quality restaurants, bars, markets and shops within easy walking distance. The fourth floor walk-up apartment was well kept, well appointed, and very cute for a couple.

Charming apt in a great location

My husband and I just spent four nights in this property and loved it. Palma was a gracious host and the apartment was perfect for what we needed. The location is great...so close to several subway stations and lots of great restaurants and shops. We also ate at the restaurant Palma on our last night. The food and service were both incredible. Highly recommended!!
