A historic 19th century building that has been completely renovated. It is extremely large and has everything you need to feel at home. An amazing brand new modern kitchen and 2 full bathrooms. Free Wi-Fi and basic cable in the living room. All bedrooms have a queen sized bed.There is also a queen sized air mattress if you need it. Close to all the great restaurants and boutiques. A 3 minute walk to Lionel Groulx metro station. It has 2 lines, so you can go anywhere in the city. Also just an 8 minute walk to the historic and renowned Atwater market. We also have a free parking .

St-Henri is home to some of the most beautiful old buildings in Montreal, giving this borough a real historical charm. One of the nicest buildings is Fire Station 23 - an old-school, art-deco-style fire station, which is also the home to the borough’s heritage office. If you want to check it out, it’s right by the Place St-Henri Metro station. Looking for a quiet way to spend the afternoon? Grab the dog and walk down to the Lachine Canal. It’s beautiful, and also has one of the most scenic bike paths in the city which can get you all the way to old Montreal. For a little R and R on a Sunday afternoon, I'd argue The Lachine Canal is superior in every way. St-Henri is only minutes away (by foot) from the Atwater Market. A superb farmers market where you can pick up: choice cuts from the butcher, fresh produce, fish, wine and spirits and more. It's all a little pricey but you get what you paid for. Heck, even if you don’t want to buy anything, you can spend an afternoon people-watching as they come from all over to hit the Atwater Market. The Atwater Market is also close to the Lachine Canal, making it the ideal place to pick up picnic supplies. St-Henri’s nightlife is part of its charm with cool spots like Bar De Courcelle, not to mention the fact that it’s also only a few minutes away from places like Burgundy Lion, La Drinkerie and more. What’s even more impressive is the selection of up-and-coming restaurants, like Sumac (middle-eastern cuisine), Rustique (bakery) and my personal favourite, Grumman'78 for to-die-for street food with a twist.

Great apartment, great location
This is an ideal apartment in a great location to have a wonderful stay in Montreal. The owner communicated well with us and was flexible when we needed to make a change. The rooms are spacious and there are many good options within walking distance, plus the Metro is right nearby, so you can park the car and not worry about driving. If you have issues with stairs this may not be the one for you, but really everything else was just fine and I would not hesitate to return here again!
Very comfortable apartment in great location
My family of five loved this apartment in the funkalicious Westmount neighborhood of Montreal. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms gave everyone their own space while the kitchen and living room made for nice gathering areas.
The great neighborhood provided lots of nearby places to munch and relax. A bus line ran right in front of the apartment while the magificent Metro was a convenient five minute walk away.
Montreal is a charming, vibrant city and this apartment gave us a nice nest from which we flew and explored.

We enjoyed our stay! We weren’t at the apartment much, as we were out enjoying Montreal...the apartment is literally a 5 minute which was very convenient to get around! A great breakfast place, and 2 convenience stores less than 5 minutes walking distance. apartment is spacious and has all the amenities you need! Looked freshly painted as well! Awesome Location! Apartment has great potential but needs a good cleaning and maintenance
Pro- This property has a prime location, you can walk to many local restaurants and bars. Check-in instructions were accurate and easy. Owner was very responsive and helpful. He answered all questions. Rental price is good for the location and size of apartment.
Con- The apartment was not very clean. The bathrooms were dirty and required a desperate cleaning. I cleaned the bathrooms with supplies I found. The floors and baseboard were dirty as well. 2 rooms without AC units got extremely hot. Rug in front room needed to be vacuumed. Curtain rod in large bathroom was very flimsy and air conditioning unit leaked water. Apartment definitely needs some attention. If the apartment was cleaned more thoroughly I would have rated higher.

The place was spacious and nicely renovated. It was also nice and close to many Montreal gems. The owner was very prompt and polite when asked questions. However, I am not giving it five stars as it needs a real deep cleaning. The doors and baseboards were visibly dirty; the kitchen sponges smelled; under the beds were extremely dusty and dirty; the carpet in the living room needed to be vaccuumed; and we picked up used floss up off the floor.
The apartment was immaculate and fully stocked with all the essentials!
We would definitely stay at this property again. The proximity to the Metro is perfect. There is plenty of space for many guests and the accommodations were very nice.
