MBR queen bed-gulf view, master shower bath, guest br 2 queen beds/bath tub/shower, new washer/dryer. Full kitchen open to dining, den, and gulf view. Pool, tennis courts, bbq area near. Back deck has high boy chairs for gulf view. Beautify decorations throughout. Sleeps 6 comfortably--but has pull out queen couch for 2 more.
2 chain grocery stores and 3-4 restaurants within a mile of property. Pinnacle properties has 2 pools, snack bar(summer), availability of rental chairs/umbrella, wave runner, deck boat, canoe, other. Biking friendly.
Wife and I recently retired and needed investment income as well as a place for family and friends to visit. Live in Hoover, Al--but originally from the Dothan/Hartford, Alabama area. Our 3 sons grew up on Pinnacle Port Beaches. Wife and I graduated from Troy State University in Troy, Alabama.

Family Vacation at Pinnacle Port for 28 years and always had such a great time, being right on the gulf and the availability of fishing in lake/gulf, boating, skiing, and use of wave runner. Growing up in Hartford and Dothan Alabama as kids we were at the PC beach as babies to now as retirees--we vacationed at many sites in PC--but Pinnacle Port has always been our favorite.
We just purchased the property in 2012 and have been working to renovate the entire unit. Opening the kitchen up to have a view over the new granite bar, through the dining and den area to have a great view of the gulf. Sunrise and sunset views are amazing from the back deck.
My family stayed in this condo for a week in August. It is a wonderful location, easy to walk right out to the beach. Unloading the car was a breeze with the luggage carts provided and elevator. Also has a balcony/deck facing the water, which we greatly enjoyed. The unit had everything we needed for cooking and entertaining the crowd-lots of dishes and glass ware! Large open kitchen/eating area/den. Dining table seats 8, but with more guests people can eat on trays in den and still be apart of conversation. Plenty of pots and pans, cookie sheets, etc. New front loading washer and dryer that we put to plenty of use. Although we brought laundry detergent, softener and dishwasher soap, etc. all were provided in the unit. The unit was very clean and up to date and much more space than the units I have seen in the Tower. We even had room to place a pack and play in each bedroom. Loved the walk in shower in the master! Very comfortable beds, pillows, etc. The owners were very accomodating and helpful in all aspects of the rental. Lots to do at this location without even getting off the property.Pinnacle Port is located at the west end of Panama City Beach, so you can drive a few miles east and enjoy everything Panama City has to offer or drive a few miles west and enjoy everything on 30A. Great location! We definitely enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this unit to others.
Unit B3-306 is in the next to last midrise building next west of Pinnacle Port Tower building. Great location off Hwy 98--no roads to cross or traffic around the units. Family friendly.

For advanced bookings 100% of rental cost must be made 30 days prior to occupancy. Security deposit to hold dates $100 due at time of booking. Refunded after inspection. Can use paypal.com or check.
