Located right off the Jordanelle Parkway, the Retreat at Jordanelle is a charming community 10 minutes from Old Town Park City and the ski slopes. Close enough to be convenient but far enough out of downtown to provide peace and privacy, this BRAND NEW home is perfect for a getaway during any season of the year! With 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 3000 square feet, it sleeps 14 people perfectly. *maximum occupancy is 16 with a limit of 14 adults.

Starting in the garage, you’ll walk into the main level of the home. There you’ll see a gorgeous, fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything you’ll need to cook and bake. A toaster, blender, crock pot, mixer, waffle iron, pots/pans, dishes/glassware, utensils and baking pans make eating-in a breeze. The dining area (with amazing views) is located just off the kitchen and has seating for 16 using the table and countertop. There’s a ½ bath on the main level as well.

The main level living room is perfect for hanging out as a group. A huge sofa and chairs provide lots of comfort while enjoying a movie or DirecTV on the 55” HD TV. The gas fireplace will help warm up the room on colder winter nights.

Upstairs, you’ll find four beautiful bedrooms, including the master suite. With a King-sized bed, 40” HD TV, and attached en suite bathroom (shower only), the master bedroom is sure to please. The three other bedrooms have Queen beds. Those bedrooms share a large, full bathroom (tub/shower combo). Additionally, there’s a laundry room with a full-sized High-Efficiency, Front-Loading Steam Technology Washer and Dryer and an iron/ironing board.

Downstairs, there’s a large great room with a huge sectional couch (includes a Queen sleeper sofa) and a 65” curved HD TV with Xbox One. There are board games and cards available as well. By the sectional, there are two CordaRoys. These look like LoveSac bean bags but actually unzip and fold out into two full mattresses. They’re very comfortable and all bedding will be included.

There’s also one more bedroom downstairs with two twin-over-twin bunkbeds. Between the bedroom and living room there’s a full bathroom (tub/shower combination) as well.

This home features full heating and central air-conditioning as well as ceiling fans. FREE Wifi is throughout the home.

Don't worry about parking! There's room for ONE car in the garage and TWO cars in the driveway. No street parking is available.

Along with the beautiful home, you’ll have access to the Retreat at Jordanelle Clubhouse. Featuring a fitness center with a shower-equipped locker room, a 15-seat movie theater, a private conference room, an entertaining area with vaulted ceilings, it’s sure to add to your amazing getaway. During the summer, a large outdoor pool allows lots of swimming and water activities. There’s a clubhouse hot tub available year-round as well. Adjacent to the wetlands, there are several walking trails leading to a covered pavilion, 15-acre community park and large grass-sports area.

We really liked the house. It was beautifully decorated. We would definitely go back.!

Loved the house and location was perfect especially if you used the Gondolla at the Jordanelle Parkway to ski. The only bummer of the trip was when the hot tub didn’t work one day after a long day of skiing and we tried to use the hot tub at the club house instead and it was also out of service. Also one day the fire detector kept beeping and we had to get new batteries for it. The other small issue was that each bedroom needs their own bathroom and there are only 2 bathrooms for 4 bedrooms upstairs. Thank goodness we are a very close group! Otherwise we loved the house, Heather was friendly and nice, and I do believe we would go back! Thank you.

Amazing, large, comfortable new house. Great for big groups.

The only hesitation I had renting this house was it's proximity to PC base for skiing/ nightlife. This might not be a walk-out to skiing but if you have to drive any way you might as well rent the best at a great price.

The house has a huge common area that comfortably held 12 adults. Everyone commented on how nice the beds were. Not once did we feel cramped. The digital locks and no keys made this perfect for multiple people getting in when they needed.

The management company's communication was excellent. We were prepared with all the necessary information at the appropriate times.

I can't recommend this house enough. One of the best VRBO rentals I've ever used. The whole process was seamless.

Nice and roomy. Not quite set up for the number of people in our group.

The size and number of rooms was perfect for us. The house was clean and we had no problem with access. However, when our group of 15 arrived, we found only 12 bath towels. There were extra pillows, but no extra pillow cases for those sleeping on couches, and also not many extra blankets for them. There was also no extra toilet paper in bathrooms (and only about a half a roll left in each one), and no Kleenex in the house. The kitchen could also use a vegetable peeler and additional dish towels (2 available) and dish cloths (none). If you say your place sleeps up to 18, and there are 15 in the group, you should be prepared for at least 15 (not sure where 3 additional people would have slept). Overall, we had a great stay, in spite of a few minor glitches.

Owner's Response: Thank you for the feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the home and your stay in Park City. We have an initial set up of toilet paper and paper towels (extras under the bathroom sink). We do not supply for the entire stay. When you called, as a courtesy, we did send someone to provide extras right away. There are two full size floor mattresses with linens inside the zippered bean bag type chairs in the lower level of the home. They are called Cord-A-Roys and serve as daytime seating and night time sleeping. This information and instructions are listed in the guest folder. There are also extra towels in the closet in the lower level bathroom and bedding for the sleeper sofa in the bunk room closet. We'll make sure to add a vegetable peeler and some kitchen towels/dish cloths. Again, we're glad you enjoyed this lovely home and all it has to offer. We hope you had time to enjoy the brand new private hot tub just added and had a chance to visit the clubhouse for pool fun or a movie night in the theater room. Location

Located right off the Jordanelle Parkway, the Retreat at Jordanelle is a charming community 10 minutes from Old Town Park City and the ski slopes.

It's close to Park City Mountain Resort, the Canyons, and Deer Valley Resort, all of which feature amazing winter and summer activities.

The Historic Union Pacific Rail Trail State Park is a 28-mile, high-elevation trail that follows Interstate 80, from the charming streets of Park City through the smaller communities of Wanship and Coalville to Echo Reservoir. From a starting elevation of approximately 6,800 feet in Park City, you can cruise down the gentle 2% grade along Silver Creek for 14 miles through a narrow volcanic canyon.

As the scenery transitions to wetlands and farms near Wanship and Silver Creek Canyon, a menagerie of wildlife—including fox, bald eagles, herons, moose, deer and beaver—often appears near the trail. The trail surface is primarily gravel, except for 3 miles from Park City north and a 0.5-mile section in Wanship. These asphalt sections are suitable for wheelchairs and in-line skaters.

After passing through the outskirts of Coalville, visitors will emerge at the bottom of Echo Reservoir, a Summit County water source and hotspot for recreational boating and fishing. Not only does the Historic Union Pacific Rail Trail State Park showcase the environmental diversity of this area, it helps celebrate the region’s rich history.

The rail-trail follows the route of a historical railroad line that transported coal and silver ore during the region’s mining heyday in the 1860s. To help commemorate this heritage, Summit County’s Restaurant Tax Grant Committee provided the Mountain Trails Foundation with funds to place 16 plaques along the trail. These markers highlight the early Mormon settlers and ill-fated Donner family wagon train, the trail’s intersection with the once-influential Lincoln Highway and the excavation site of Ice Age mammoths, among other historical sites and events.

The pathway may be relatively new, yet recreation has been the name of the game in Park City for decades, and the Historic Union Pacific Rail Trail serves as a connector to several hundred miles of technical mountain bike trails, single-track paths requiring more skill that zigzag throughout the area.
