This is a beautifully remodeled condo at the Prospector. It is warm and cozy in the winter, and opens to a shaded deck 40 feet from the creek in the summer. Master bedroom has own bath. Queen beds in both bedrooms and an inflatable mattress in the loft. Both baths have heated floors. Beautifully equipped kitchen. Flat screen TVs in bedrooms and living room. Easy access to town on free bus with convenient stop at Prospector entrance. Great for two couples or small family. Prospector has 3 hot tubs, 2 tennis courts, 2 pickle ball courts, a swimming pool and kids gym-set in summer. The Prospector is a hidden gem.

About Alan Freeman

We live in Newport Beach, CA and have lived in So Cal most of our lives. We met at the University of Redlands many years ago. We have 3 grown kids and and six grandchildren.

Why Alan Freeman chose Central Idaho

My wife has been coming to the Prospector since 1975 when her parents bought a place. Her kids learned to swim in the pool and fish in the stream. We started coming together in the late 90's, and bought our own place when we could. Our condo is very comfortable. Even though it's only 1000 sq. feet, we are happy spending months at a time here in the summer. The area a is great spot to ride bikes, fish, hike or golf in the summer and superb for skiing in winter. Reading by the fireplace or creek isn't bad either. The gentle sound of the stream will lull you to sleep after an active day.

What makes this condo unique

We chose our place because of the location and the amenities. We are steps from skiing and fishing and fifteen minutes from town by bike. We have remodeled with granite tile counters, slate floors downstairs and in the baths, and beautiful wood for doors and cabinets. There is plenty of closet space and storage .

With the windows open a crack, the sound of the stream will lull you to sleep. Second bedroom has built in closet and drawers along with a small dresser. The guest bath is just a few steps from the bedroom and has granite counters and a heater, slate floor. Both are full bathrooms.

While you don't absolutely need a car, if you want to go anywhere other than the bus routes, get a car. For instance, drive out Warm Springs Road for kids' fishing in Penny Lake or a stream-side picnic. Ten miles down the road are natural hot springs.
