Near beaches in Marbella, Andalucia, Costa del Sol, on the prestigious La Reserva de Marbella II complex. Near Santa Maria, Cabopino Golf and many other great golf courses, La Reserva is on the coast road opposite the beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and water sports of the marina at Las Chapas and Puerto Cabopino, near Calahonda. In the exclusive Marbella area with boutiques, sight seeing and culture, Malaga region, Southern Spain. Near the world renowned Puerto Banus, full of luxury yachts and millionaires. Rub shoulders with the rich and famous!

Fantastic spacious property with stunning views of the ocean and mountains, and the shared swimming pools. The main photo is the view from our apartment. There are two large pools, plus one children's pool and a jacuzzi, and peaceful landscaped gardens with fountains, trees, flowers and lawns etc. Great for resting, reading and sunbathing. There is a bistro restaurant/wine bar and a really good convenience store very close (just behind the building).

Large balcony, and private solarium roof terrace for barbecues and sunbathing. Garage parking under the apartment. Situated within La Reserva de Marbella II, with 24 hour security, and tennis, gym, shops, bars, restaurants and a supermarket. We are set well back from the main coast road, up the hill through our holiday park. Ideal for a quiet break just relaxing on the balcony and terrace, at the restaurant and by the pools, or for keen walkers. Otherwise a car is recommended, or the use of taxis (taxis will come right to your building). Buses are good, and stop near the entrance on the main road.

Fully furnished penthouse with everything you need for a perfect self-catering stay. Air conditioning and heating throughout, with separate controls for the living area and each bedroom. Internet access. Well equipped with complete fitted kitchen including oven/hob/hood, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. All utensils are provided, with plenty of glasses, chairs etc for 6 persons.

Wi-fi, Satellite TV with UK channels, DVD, video and stereo. One of the sofas converts to a big double bed for larger groups, and an infant travel cot, booster seat and buggy are provided free of charge. Sleeps 7 including baby!

Two twin bedrooms, one of which can be converted to a super king size double. Two family bathrooms. Marble floors. Furniture for balcony and rooftop solarium/barbecue dining.

Our keys and cleaning etc are looked after by a friendly helpful manager living on the development, who can supply keys, or we can send you the keys and directions with full details in advance. Malaga airport is 25 minutes approx by road. Professional airport transfers are usually around 50 euro per car if required.

The price is the total for the penthouse, for the whole group or family, to stay in this well-located apartment. Many dates available for this year and next (weeks, weekends, fortnights etc) - with flexible change-over days. Longer breaks welcome. The price includes TV with UK channels, air conditioning, power, cot, swimming, parking, key holding, management and p&p etc. Plenty of fresh towels and linen/bedding are provided. It will be clean and fresh for your arrival. There is an additional local charge of 70 euro or £60 for cleaning and laundry of linen and towels (may be more for big groups). This is for the final clean/changeover after you depart. This is the only compulsory surcharge. Small fee for optional wi-fi in the apartment, which then covers all your gadgets at once.

We usually ask for about a quarter of the total rent to confirm the booking, and the rest two months before you travel.

We also request £100 returnable security deposit in advance for damage, keys and so on. We accept payment through this website, Paypal, bank transfer or deposit in £ or euro, cheque or postal order (GBP only), cash.

Near shops, bars, restaurants, gently sloping beaches, the marina and several championship golf courses. There is a bar, restaurant and great convenience store just opposite our building on the other side from the pools. La Reserva is at Las Chapas near Calahonda and Cabo Pino.

Second floor vacation property with spiral staircase from balcony to the large roof patio. Two twin bedrooms, one of which can be converted to a super king double room. Two family bathrooms. Two sofas in living room, one of which opens out as a double bed (for larger groups). An infant travel cot is also provided free of charge, and buggy and booster seat. TV with Sky UK channels.

Superb spacious apartment with stunning views!

The apartment and the town are even better than they were last time we stayed. Friendly booking service, really handy location near everything you need, and it was quiet in the building and grounds. Our children had the pool to themselves (swimming pool water probably a bit cold for parents in April)! We had great sunshine for eating out, walks and going to beach. We liked the daily evening craft market and the funfair in the tourist centre of town.

Great family location on hillside overlooking Med

Great location ideal for families. The apartment has ideal layout with a super large roof terrace accessed by metal spiral staircase not entirely ideal for youngsters or people with mobility problems. But there is a nice lower terrace which has a nice view over the well maintained gardens/ swimming pools. It was very clean on entry all ready for our holiday. Sergio the manager was very helpful and when our water heater broke down he acted very quickly and had it replaced. The Port of Cabopino and beach/restaurants are only 5 minutes in the car and its one of our favourite places for the last 10 years. There is a minimarket across from the apartment block and a very nice bar /restaurant which we used a few times a week, friendly service was super. The development itself is well laid out with well maintained mature gardens also security is good. I can recommend this apartment and will definitely use it again.

All is well in the Costa Del Sol Thank You

The first person you may meet is the caretaker who will put himself out to get you to your apartment without problems we phoned him as departing the airport and he was there to greet us at the entrance to the complex.

The apartment was very clean and once the air conditioning was set up it was nice and cosy, Although it was the winter season the little shop over the road was open 10am till 2 and 5pm till 9pm,

The beds where comfortable and clean linen provided extra blankets if needed. The kitchen provided everything that we needed plenty of kitchen and tableware, The deposit for cleaning and breakages was returned within a couple of days after my return to the UK.

All in all a great stay and value for money, I am looking to book another stay later on this year.

wonderful holiday!

Had a wonderful 2 week holiday with perfect weather. Penthouse was lovely and clean and provided anything you could need for a holiday. Have been to area before so knew location and surrounding facilities already. Very nice sandy beach which doesnt get too busy. Lovely restaurants and bars at the marina.

Nicely positioned property with great views in a quiet area with shops and restaurants in walking distance. Beach and Marina is in walking distance if you like walking however would recommend a car if with kids who moan at up hill walking !!

All in all fantastic holiday that we didnt want to come home from.

Highly recommended!

We have now had three holidays at this property and can't recommend it highly enough. The owners arranged for us to be picked up from the airport, saving us the hassle of rentals and taxis. The property was beautifully clean, with lovely fresh linen and all of the facilities we could wish for. We last stayed at May half-term and had the pool and gardens to ourselves for much of the week. The convenience of the great little shop over the road (safe enough for our sons to pop over for ice-creams) meant that we could happily have spent the full week soaking up the sun and not moving from the apartment! In the evenings it was a joy to sit on the balcony or sun terrace with a glass of wine, watching the sun set over the sea and the mountains. As most of the neighbours actually live there, rather than just being holiday guests, the nights are quiet and peaceful. If you want clubs and pubs, you will have a way to travel. This location is for families and couples rather than party animals! We would happily return yet again. Highly recommended.

Owner's Response: Yes, there is just one lovely new restaurant and bar, very near (next to the shop), but more pubs, restaurants and bars are 20 minutes walk, at the entrance to the development, and further down by the beach.

This fantastic penthouse is situated on the coast in the exclusive Marbella area of the Costa del Sol, in Southern Spain. La Reserva is an exclusive development stretching back from the N340 road, with many pools and jacuzzis in the landscaped tropical gardens, and fountains, ornamental streams, lawns and flower beds. Free private garage parking in the basement, 24 hour security and pool attendants included. There are shops, bars, restaurants, supermarket, banks and a gym. The entrance is opposite Las Chapas, Cabopino and Calahonda which provide many shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, beaches and water sports. We are surrounded by famous golf courses including Santa Maria Golf, Marbella Golf and Santa Clara Golf.

Marbella old town offers local culture, there is fabulous boutique designer shopping in Marbella, and the millionaire's playground Puerto Banus, full of luxury yachts, is well worth a visit. If driving you can also go to Fuengirola, Gibraltar or skiing in the mountains.

Damage Deposit £100

English language freeview channels, air conditioning, power, water, an infant travel cot and buggy, swimming, parking, key holding, meet and greet, booking and p&p etc are all included. Clean linen (bedding) and towels are provided, including plenty of towels for the beach or pool. The only compulsory extra cost is the local management charge (usually 70 euro or £60), for laundry and bedding. This cleaning fee is not per week, it is just one payment between you per stay, at 70 euro for four persons or fewer, plus 10 euro per extra guest over 4 guests, including babies and pets. For example, a family of five would pay 80 euro or the equivalent in £. This just covers one clean, for the change over and preparation which occurs between each booking.
We request £100 returnable security deposit as a precaution against damage, keys not returned, etc.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
