Ann Jusczak purchased this house in 2011
It was the view that took our breath away during our first visit! We also love the awesome screen porch and quiet neighborhood.
We can travel from our home to our cabin within minutes which makes it very convenient!
Thanks you so much for letting us stay at your cabin. It was a blast! I had so much fun going on the rope swing and I even got my grandpa to go on but don't worry - we all did the Tarzan yell! We caught a lot of fish and we all enjoyed your cute sense of style. Thanks again...
See you next year
Very nicely decorated, clean home. All household amenities provided. Great views of lake through enormous living room window. We didn't really have time to enjoy all it had to offer, as we were in the area for a wedding.
Spiral staircase to bedrooms might present an issue if you have limited mobility, however, there is a sofa bed on the main floor.
I loved the house and would go back and stay there again in a heartbeat.
This was our 2nd year staying at this cabin. Ann, the owner, is so very kind and attentive to her guests. The home was very clean and just as described. Our favorite place is the screen porch, We eat out there, play games out there, have morning coffee there. We had a small baby with us part of the week, and the porch room allows for the rest of us to be noisy if we want with games, etc. and still not disturb the baby's sleeping.
The new dock was great...nice to have the bench seat down there now as we dipped fishing lines in many times each day. Many thanks, again, Randy and Ann, for sharing your home.
This little lake house is pure MAGIC. We rented this space to celebrate my 30th birthday at with my closest friends. There were four couples total and we had plenty of beds in separate spaces for everyone to be together but also to have some privacy at night. One of the couples stayed in the unheated bunk house and reassured us that they stayed plenty warm in that space, even though temperatures were dipping down to the low 50's at night. The screened in porch was great to play games in while enjoying the fresh air. There were NO mosquitoes, but if there would have been, it would have been a great way to feel that lake breeze without being eaten alive. The lake water was still very reasonable to swim in, and we really enjoyed jumping off the lake and rope swing. The beach is pleasantly sandy. A short walk away from the lake house is a resort that we rented a pontoon from and spent a great day on the lake. The house had so many great details and resources ( I LOVED the scrapbook with information and photos of the houses history). We had a great stay. The only problem was we had was that we all wanted to stay LONGER. We will definitely be repeat customers. Thank you Ann!
We stayed at Ann's house the first week of August 2016. This was our second time at her house. The house is decked out with everything you need from a fully stocked kitchen to life jackets in the boat house - seriously, the only thing we had to get were the groceries and our fishing license. The view from the living room, bedrooms and kitchen is spectacular. Ann is so thoughtful - she even placed fresh flowers on the porch. We felt so welcomed. We hope to visit again soon! Thanks for everything, Ann!!
This was our third year staying at this special place! The cabin is cute, clean, and well supplied! We also love all the vintage doors and special touches. The water was high this year, which made for great swimming and rope swinging! We will be back next year to relive old memories and make new ones.
This place was perfect!! It had a amazing view, the place was cute and very clean. It had everything we needed for a great weekend. The owners were very prompt and made everything easy and convenient. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for the wonderful stay and we will definitely be back!
