GUEST BEDROOM: Located on the first floor, this bedroom offers two comfortable twin beds just across the hall from the full guest bathroom.

KITCHEN: This spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with appliances including coffee maker, blender, toaster, gas stove, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave and dishwasher. Large dining table seats six. Double doors lead out to a large back patio equipped with BBQ gas grill and outdoor seating.

I am nearly a life long Moabite and my husband is, we love where we live. We raised our children here and they too have had the good fortune to be able to stay right here where they were born! We love the outdoors and all that Moab offers including hiking, biking, rafting, fishing, hunting, 4 wheeling and horseback riding. Wonderful Stay

We were a family group of 6 traveling to Moab for the first time and really enjoyed our stay. As other reviewers have said Pat's home is beautiful, well positioned in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes out of town, very well equipped and very clean. Our interactions with Pat were faultless and everything went smoothly. We loved having access to the garage so we could park our car out of the hot sun and it also made it easy to bring luggage in and out of the home. The layout of the home with the king master suite and another twin bedded bedroom with it's own bathroom (just across the hall) downstairs and a queen bed suite upstairs was perfect for us. Everyone was comfortable and the spacious and well equipped kitchen made it easy to cook meals when we wanted to eat in after a long day in the national parks. The deck off the kitchen was also lovely. Overall a great stay and we would definitely choose this property again if we return to the Moab area.

Fabulous base in Moab!

This was our first visit to Moab, a great base for exploring several fantastic parks (Arches, Canyonlands, Dead Horse Point among others). Our group of four adult friends could not have been more comfortable and pleased with our choice of vacation rental. This house is very convenient to town, yet in a quiet small neighborhood. The home is very well set up for two couples traveling together, since two of the bedrooms are on separate floors with their own bathrooms. (There is a third twin-bedded room and hall bath downstairs, which we did not use, that is charming as well and perfect for additional guests.) The house is very comfortable, with every convenience anticipated and provided-- including an excellent iHome portable speaker unit complete with auxiliary cable to attach an MP3 player, even if it isn't compatible with the iPod dock. The kitchen is large and very well stocked, with lots of light and a big table. There is also a wrap around covered porch with nicely manicured landscaping, providing an inviting space to lounge outside the house. Pat, the owner, was super responsive, including a last-minute request to add a night to our stay. We recommend this beautiful, spotlessly clean house highly, and would happily stay again on another visit to Moab!

Great Place to Stay

The condo was beautiful, thoroughly equipped with two car garage. The king size bed was perfect, very comfortable for our sore backs from the four day drive from Montgomery, AL with the Jeep Wrangler. My son and DIL and her parents joined us for their first time in Moab, 4-wheeling. We also fished down at the Ken's Lake which was very close to our condo. Kitchen was great and so was the living room. We enjoyed DIRECT TV and the movies we brought from home. High Speed internet was high speed indeed and reading the news, following the Trump and Hillary was ease. We loved the shower in the master bedroom. It was the first time we got to show with five shower heads and it was wonderful. It was great to come back to the condo after a hard day of 4-wheeling, shower, eat great food and kick back to rest and relax.

Beautiful, clean, well maintained and managed well

We were very happy with this location! I feel bad it has taken me this long to post a review from dec 2014. . A year later, we came back to VRBO looking for the same location because we loved it so much. Pat was wonderful to get us into the home with almost no notice at all. We had booked and gone to a different location in Moab that was not anything that it had claimed to be and we needed a new place to stay fast. Luckily it was the off-season and Pat got our family of 8 into her beautiful home quick. It was such a happy contrast to the place we had been in before - this was lovely, clean, well maintained, spacious, nice linens that weren't old and worn out. My girls loved sharing the upstairs suite. They felt so special and mature with a big beautiful bed and their own bathroom. After spending our days hiking, it was a perfect place to come back for a homemade meal and to wash up. Having a clothes washer was uber helpful too. We would highly recommend this place to stay.
