Newly Updated Condo With 3 Bedrooms & 2 Baths, Fully Furnished

You will appreciate the location of this newly updated condo with a garage in a gated community with beautiful view of a serene lake. Our condo is a first floor unit on the South side of the Club Marco Lake. This unit is ideally located walking distance to shops, restaurants, boutiques, and the beach. This first floor unit has a screened and tiled front porch and rear lanai. All renters have access to the community pool and tennis courts. It has been tastefully furnished and all appliances are new stainless steel. All counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms are granite. This is a perfect oasis for relaxation and fun in the sun!

Perfect Vacation Condo, Close to Beach

This Marco Island condo was beyond our expectations! It was in a great location and close to the beach, yet the view of the lake was relaxing as we watched the fountain and birds from the lanai. It was tastefully furnished and supplied with all we could possibly need during our stay, and them some! The kitchen was well stocked with not only the cooking basics but many extras as well.

The owners were a pleasure and very accommodating to us, and made sure everything sparkled like new in the condo. The appliances all seemed brand new as well as just about everything else in the home. The pictures accurately show what a wonderful place to visit, and enjoy all the comforts of a great Marco Island vacation. The owners thought of every detail to make their condo truly a home away from home.

The condo is located in a nice community with a quiet pool where you can read a book without distraction, or enjoy a game of tennis. The property is beautifully landscaped and it was pleasant to take a walk around the complex. We spent many days walking to the beach which is not far, just across Collier, and collected various shells, and watched pelicans and dolphins as we relaxed at the beach. I was specifically looking for a condo close enough to walk to the beach and this was perfect!

The condo is located quite near the Marco Walk shopping area, with great restaurants, a movie theatre, Irish pub and interesting shops. It was only a few minutes’ walk away to the ice cream shop, which was a pleasant stop off on our way home from watching the beautiful sunsets over the Gulf. I would highly recommend this condo, and hope to return in the future to enjoy another perfect vacation in the warm Florida sun!
