SUMMARY

This 3-Bedroom + open-concept loft, 3-Bathroom townhome is perfectly located, just a convenient and easy 200-meter walk to your ski-in, ski-out to Whistler Village or alternatively a quick walk down to the village! At Cedar Hollow #4 you have your own private single car garage perfect for securely storing all your gear, boot driers and an endless amount of wood to warm up by the fireplace after a long day on the hill!

Enter into your home greeted by plenty of windows and a vaulted wooden ceiling creating a bright, warm, open concept living, kitchen and dining area! The living room has plenty of seating with a large L shaped couch and features a beautiful wood burning, stone framed fireplace perfect to nestle up around during those cold winter evenings, relax and watch some movies on the brand new 45” TV (Fall 2019) or choose a game to play with the family out of the great selection provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, espresso machine, granite counter tops and all the extras for preparing those after ski/bike meals or Turkey Dinner or if you prefer a BBQ, step out onto the balcony as your BBQ awaits you. The Dining area comfortably seats 8 and is surrounded by windows looking out into a peaceful forested area and mountain views! This floor is completed with a full bath and heated floors throughout!

BEDROOMS

Head on downstairs to the primary bedroom featuring a King bed and full en-suite bath including a rainfall shower head and heated floors. The second bedroom has a Queen bed featuring a large window offering a quiet and forested view. The third bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunk beds (4 single beds) and a secret kids cubby with plenty of books and games! This floor in complete with a full bathroom with jetted tub.
From the main floor, walk up a few stairs into the loft which has a king split, this can be made into two twins or a king. The den includes a thick privacy curtain along with a balcony and hot tub!

The 50% deposit will be due 60 days prior to arrival, with remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival. These payments are non-refundable once processed.
For credit card payments, a 3.5% processing fee is automatically applied to all payments.

Great property for a family group
The property was great for our family group. The hot water system was not adequate for the needs of a nine person party. The property is a short walk to/from the slopes, we were not able to ski in or out.

Great long weekend with friends - house had everything we needed. Parking a little challenging with more than two cars in our group but we made it work.

Comfortable and Convenient Ski House
This was a comfortable and convenient house for our group of 7 adults. The walk to the slopes was less than 5 minutes. We did not have a car so walked to the village for meals and shopping. The walk to the village is down the Village Ski run and is fairly easy. But be aware, the climb back up can be a challenge. Especially if you are carrying heavy bags! We would stay here again.

Great location and management
Management was very responsive and the location was great. Place was pretty nice as well. Had pretty much everything we needed, herbs and spices. We were gifted with some champagne and chocolate bars upon arrival. Plates / bowls are on the opposite side of counter if looking for them (took us a bit to find). It's not the biggest place and not tons of parking options, but overall very pleased with the stay. Oh, also we couldn't find any scissors, but didn't request, so bring if you think you'll need.

Great place to stay!
This place is great! It’s close to the village, short walk to the Village Run (ski-in / ski-out), and close to the shuttle bus (#7) as well. The place was clean, with lots of rooms and beds, which makes it perfect for larger groups. Lots of amenities as well. Had all we needed. Would definitely recommend and/or stay there again.
