Great Value - Home away from home Emerald Isle 501 is a BRONZE rated two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in N. Redington Beach. This cozy 5th floor corner vacation rental includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Vacation rental 501 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Color Flat Panel TVs (cable) in the living room and both bedrooms, telephone with free local calls and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include a king bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. Central heat and air conditioning and ceiling fans. No Smoking. One Parking Space. Coin-op laundry on premises. Saturday arrivals only in peak seasons. Maximum occupancy: 4

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The people at JC Resorts were very easy to work with. Especially Pam at N Redington Beach. Our condo was very clean but it needed some major repairs and updates. The location was amazing. We booked for next year.

Lovely stay

Great walkable area, beautiful beach with lots of provided gear, beautiful pool. This was listed as a bronze rated condo, which meant a bit dated, I guess. We found the furniture was comfortable, tv in all bedrooms, adequate kitchen stuff. A few nice extras like a rain umbrella & it rained for two days, so that was great. Tons of towels and it was super clean. I always clean a bit upon arrival and it was up to my standards. Totally happy. I’d rent this condo again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 4th time staying at Emerald but this time condo at 501 needs major cleaning, in the living room there was with big stain on carpet, hair on carpet, condo smelled on pee, dust everywhere on blinds and fan. When we checked in everyone was friendly. Building it self looks nice and clean.
