Our two story, 2100 sqft home is at the end of a quiet cud-de-sac. There are no busy roads or train tracks near by. Enjoy the back deck with a small grass lawn for the kids. We are off Circle 10 near the Woodland Golf Course. Our home has 4 Bedrooms, 3 full baths + a large loft. (2 King Bedrooms, 2 Queen bedrooms (and a loft that has 2 Twin beds) The loft can be closed off by sliding wooden doors. Nature is brought indoors. Remodeled in November 2012 with new paint, carpet, vinyl, countertops, refrigerator, washer/dryer, Dual Range, microwave, dishwasher, linens and decor. Our kitchen is fully equipped. Comfortable deck with lots of seating & hot tub. Weber Gas BBQ. A Ping Pong table is in the garage. Bicycles of all sizes (approx 8). Our home is very warm, cozy, spacious and accommodating. This is our home away from home and a place for fun and relaxation. You will see and feel the difference in our home. If you bring pets into our home or smoke in our home we will keep your refundable damage deposit, or if you are looking for a home to rent to have a big wild party, a family reunion where the group of young adults only stay at our home or you want to bring in a team of baseball players, please choose a different home :) We've raised two boys and know what some of their teammates can do :) Sorry for being so honest but we are really trying to focus on keeping our place as a quiet, relaxing family rental for the permanent residents that live all around us. We would like to keep our home in great rental shape. Thank you for understanding. Past renters feel the difference.

PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS for the hot tub and Sharc. Beach towels not included because this would make too much laundry for our housekeeper, so PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN Beach Towels :) ALSO chlorine and sun could stain or discolor the house towels. Thank you.

About Linda Barrow

Our children are grown children 27, 24 and 21. Prior to buying our home in Sunriver we would rent other properties at least twice a year. In the summer of 2012 we decided to buy a place of our own. Comfort and cleanliness are very important to us. I hope you too will enjoy our home as much as we do. We are very thankful of our Sunriver home and want our guests to feel very comfortable.

Why Linda Barrow chose Sunriver

We looked at over 35 homes to buy in Sunriver before deciding on this one. Our realtor was very patient :) We purchased this home in August of 2012. This home accommodates our large family and friends comfortably. Our home is situated in a very private spot within Sunriver, but has very easy access down Beaver Dr. the Sharc or the Sunriver Mall or to circle 4 to Fort Rock Park (Fort Rock Park is a 15 minute bike ride). It's also right within the Woodland's Golf Course (not on the course) and a 15 minute walk to the river if you walk towards the end of cottonwood, weave through the golf course on the walking path and stick to the signs leading to circle 5. It's very peaceful and serene in Sunriver and the wildlife (deer, birds, squirrels) pay us a visit quite often. The beautiful floor to ceiling stone fireplace sold us on this home. You will appreciate the difference to detail.

What makes this house unique

The layout of this home provides a lot of space for everyone to feel very comfortable. There's hardly any street traffic that travels this cul de sac, and it's a very short walk or ride to the nearest bike path. We keep our home very clean. We do not want this vacation rental to be a big party home. 2 families is what works best in our home, as there are 2 King bedrooms. We would like to keep it very nice for every returning guest. We take pride in keeping it clean.

WE DID NOT WANT TO LIST THIS ROOM AS A 'BEDROOM' BECAUSE THIS IS A TRUE 4 BEDROOM (WITH A LOFT WHICH IS ACTUALLY THE 5th BEDROOM/FAMILY ROOM), WITH 3 FULL BATH HOME. IF WE LISTED THIS LOFT UNDER BEDROOMS OUR HOME COMES UP UNDER 5 BEDROOM HOME ON THE VRBO AD. THIS HOME SLEEPS 10 VERY COMFORTABLY. Along with the two twin beds in the loft there is a queen futon in the loft, if an extra sleeping bed is needed.

There are water slides, lazy river, and indoor and outdoor pools. There's an outdoor sledding hill that is used in the year round at the Sharc. Our home provides unlimited Sharc passes for 10 during your stay. This is a family fun community and a place to relax, unwind and adventure to your hearts content. You will make unforgettable memories here. Sharc passes are $50.00 each to replace if lost or stolen. We have had one very bad, horrible experience in renting our home, so if you have a big party theme in mind please choose another house. Our rental home is used for our family's enjoyment too and I keep a very clean house. Please treat it respectfully.

Great place to stay.

We have been renting the same home for years now. It is in a location with very little traffic and close enough to the park to ride bikes to in about 10 minutes. We enjoy playing table games and the dining Room table is big enough to fit our group of 10 around it.

The house was amazing! It was comfy and cozy for all of us. The cul-de-sac was great! Very quiet, allowing us to ride bikes or go on walks without worrying about traffic. The house had everything we needed including the SHARC passes, which was great for the kids. House was very spacious giving everyone their own space. Owners were very friendly and easy to get a hold of if we had any questions. Great place, would defiantly look to book it again!!

Beautiful, well-stocked house!

We loved our time in the Barrow's home! The house is huge, the decorations are cute and wonderful, and this was the best stocked house we've ever stayed in. The kitchen has everything you could need. The bathrooms had more towels than we would ever need and included shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap. The beds were comfortable and had just the right amount of blankets. I hope we find a date to return to Sunriver just so we can enjoy this beautiful home again.

Fantastic time

We selected the house for a quiet family get away. It was awesome. Deer visited us each evening as we were relaxing on the deck. Location was exactly what we wanted. We will be back.

We loved it

Slept our 10 very comfortably. House had everything that we needed and more. Very little traffic at the location, kids could ride bikes with no problem. Reasonably close to activities. Would definitely recommend.

A Delightful Vacation Home

This was a lovely, fully equipped home that we truly enjoyed. The owner was very accessible and was willing to answer all of our questions up to the moment we left. The home was very clean, nicely located away from the crowds, a safe place for our grandchildren to play, and so much more! We are already talking about our next chance to visit Sunriver, hoping to stay at the same house.
