Situated above Dawson's Yogurt in Seaside's town square, Close to Eden has a larg king master suite with private bath/shower combo downstairs. Also downstairs is a half bath. Up the spiral staircase you'll find the open living room with vaulted ceilings, extra seating, and flat screen TV. Also upstiars is a gourmet stainless kitchen with sub-zero refridgerator and bar seating for 2.
French doors take you out onto your private balcony overlooking the town square. Enjoy one of Seaside's theatrical or musical performances from your own private balcony or sit back and watch the sun set over the gulf. Either way, you'll be Close to Eden when you stay here!
*please note that this condo does not have a washer/dryer on site and does not have WIFI. **All Sandpiper managed properties now come with 2 complimentary bikes year-round, AND complimentary Seaside amenity passes during our high season Spring Break- Labor Day!! Amenity passes are available for a fee of $12/day in the off-season.**
My daughter & I planned a very last minute getaway to Seaside & were thrilled to discover the "Close to Eden" property. My daughter, an interior designer, & I were highly impressed with every detail in this 1 bedroom & 1 1/2 bath condo. The large living room was perfect for lounging in the evening, however, we often found ourselves outside on the patio with a glass of wine and enjoying the breathtaking sunsets. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and very relaxing to pull up to the bar as we cooked and chatted. We loved shopping at the farmer's market located in the parking lot and cooked our evening meal from our purchases.
"Close to Eden" is ideally located in the heart of Seaside just steps from the beach and surrounded by delicious eateries and unique shops.

I highly recommend the Sandpiper team, as my daughter and I will return to Seaside & stay at the Sandpiper properties again. Thank you for the comforts of home in "Close to Eden" as I wish we were there now!!
