Garden Flat, 5a St Andrews Lane - an annexe that sleeps 2 guests in 1 bedroom

5A St Andrews is a very well furnished annexe forming part of a detached modern house, tucked at the end of a small no - through lane. The property is self contained with its own private entrance and is a great base for visitors to all the many attractions in the area. Goodwood motor racing circuit and race course are within a ten minute drive, Chichester is only 3 miles to the west and the coast is within nine miles. The Downs are situated just to the north and Tangmere village itself is well served by a local shop and there is also the famous aviation museum.

The annexe is particularly well equipped and beautifully presented. The acomodation includes a fully fitted kitchen and a good sized double bedroom, as well as a lovely sitting/dining room overlooking a garden. Guests are welcome to use the garden and there is parking to the front of the property. There is a television (Freeview) supplied. Both short term and longer breaks are allowed.

Please note, this property is strictly no smoking and no pets.

This is a lovely property in a peaceful location with lots of places to visit and beautiful walks close by. Arundel Castle is a real must see and there was an exhibition by local artists in the town the day we were there. Our landlord and landlady were very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. The booking service was easy and efficient. Highly recommended on every count.

We stayed 3 weeks in this lovely flat. It is spacious and very well equipped and suited our needs beautifully. The owner lives right next door and was helpful and friendly. The location was central to all the places we wanted to visit. Chichester is a 5 minute drive away. If we visited the area again, we would definitely stay here again.

The Garden Flat

We were very pleased with our stay in this warm, comfortably furnished spacious property.It is very conveniently situated, in a quiet location within easy access to main roads. There is an abundance of tourist attractions, as well as the coast , South Downs, and interesting towns to visit, all within a short driving distance.
