The accommodation is beautifully furnished and finished, the apartment has stripped timber flooring throughout and a stunning fireplace along with many period features. There is a small private garden to the front of the building and a south facing garden can be reached from the French doors in the dining room. The apartment is non-smoking throughout.

This property was perfect for our group of 10. We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious it was. It's in a great location; easy walk from Waverly Station and plenty of dining options just a short walk from it.
The apartment was spotless , well maintained, stocked and was ready for us at check-in; beds were setup exactly as requested, clean and crisp sheets and plenty of towels.
Richard was extremely helpful; answered all our questions and was always prompt in responding to our queries.
The entire process of booking, check-in/check out was very smooth.
We would definitely recommend this property.

Lovely property which was great to hold an 80th birthday celebration. Very clean and well equipped, easy central location.
My family and I were in Edinburgh to attend my daughters MSc graduation at Uni. This flat was the perfect accommodation for my family. We enjoyed having room to spread out and yet feel right at home. We enjoyed cooking for ourselves and friends. We truly enjoyed relaxing by the fire every night. The location was within walking distance to all Edinburgh sights and great restaurants. In addition, there is a supermarket 2 blocks away. Richard, the host, was very helpful with our planning and requests. I highly recommend this flat for families or friends.
This was a great place to stay with a group. There were 8 adults and it was large enough that we didn't feel crowded. I especially enjoyed having a dining room big enough to accommodate all of us. Nicely appointed, I would most definitely return!

We stayed in this lovely apt with a large group of friends recently and had a wonderful time. The photos in this listing are very accurate.There is plenty of room, nice linens and even a yard. The apt is well maintained and the layout is very nice for large groups. The bedrooms are all comparable size, which is also great when traveling with friends. The best thing is the location -- great shops and an easy walk to the city center. If you need lots of bedrooms, you couldn't do better. I would recommend this apt!
The location offers the best of both worlds - the street is residential and quiet but is also ideally situated for shopping and entertainment being only 5 minutes walk from both The Playhouse Theatre and John Lewis. Broughton Street itself is arguably Edinburgh's hippest street - restaurants and bars share space with some of Edinburgh's best food shops and specialist boutiques. It is also five minutes from the new Omni centre which has a multi screen cinema and a ten minute walk to Harvey Nichols. For more relaxing pursuits the Botanic Gardens are nearby as are all the beautiful crescents of the New Town.
