Very nice unit

The room is very nice, and large. It was well stocked with towels and needs for your stay. The bed is very comfortable, as well as the sofa was nice to sit by window and watch the world go by!! The unit is very roomy for a family and clean. I personally liked the little makeup table outside the bathroom. I do not think you will be disappointed in this unit. I plan to always try to book this one!!

The owner left the wrong key so I was not able to use the facility this weekend. The front desk clerk was very nice in attempting the property manager but unfortunately never received a return call to create a scanner card, and the owner of the rental property would not respond to my emails. She says that my two texts went to her spam however, I have countless emails between us and coincidently never went to spam.

This was the first time that I rent an owned property in a resort, and it has left a bad taste in my mouth. My trip was planned a month ago in preparation for a surprise party for my sister's 60th birthday surprise. I thank God my brother had made a reservation down the street and was able to sleep on the floor of his room.

You can confirm my story with PJ (the front desk clerk that tried to do as much as possible). We were there half hour waiting for return call from resort property manager and response from owner, Aprile Joseph. Neither ever came and had to leave to shower and be on time for the arrival of my sister's surprise party.

By the way the photos are to me not as seen at the resort.

Owner's Response: Unfortunately ... this review is 100% untrue :( This guest "says" she couldn't get in and she had the front desk try the key & they couldn't get in ... & then said no one had my contact info ... that is literally a complete lie. We have owned units at this resort for years & as a private owner, are quite close to the management staff at this resort, in fact my mom went into the hospital with a broken leg and the staff (including management) came to the hospital to visit & bring her dinner etc .... and I say this, as to impress upon you the relationship & that they in fact 100% have my contact info. The Inn also has master keys, for emergency purposes, so again ... she could get into the unit. So it should stop here, however, the fact that this guest has lied leads me to defend myself. That being said ... she said there was no contact however, there was eMail exchanges between us (& I never said it went to spam) & after she had responded to 1 of my eMails, her next response was that she was home and didn't stay the 2nd night. She responded to me, so how can she say she didn't reach me..she chose not to stay and to go home..she cannot use me as her excuse for going home. Maybe she realized she could stay with her brother and didn't want to pay for a room anymore ... and our policy is 60 days, which is on the Rental Agreement, which she had to electronically sign off on before making her payment. I also, literally just called and spoke with PJ & confirmed that they have my contact number for all my units that we have there ... which I already knew, but felt the need to do because of this guest. They all know who me and my family are and which units are ours .... so this is a complete lie :( She was able to gain access to the unit and chose not to stay ... I also have a cleaning lady (that lives less than 10 minutes away, and has worked for us for years) that is on call 24 hours a day for any emergencies, as the resort isn't supposed to deal with my guests, even though they do help us, because we have a great relationship with the staff :) The Inn (resort) also 100% knows that she is my cleaning lady and have all her contact info because my cleaning lady also works for The Inn too ! Then to add that the photo's "aren't as seen" is just more proof that nothing this guest says is true :( I have never had anyone say that :( So there is no way that this guest is telling the truth ... And literally the review before this one talks about great communication etc ...

Extremely beautiful, clean, great communication with owner

Aprile provide us with a wonderful place to stay for a gorgeous wedding. Everything was great. Cold A/C, plenty of towels, clean linens, comfortable bed, and cooking utensils. I left my phone behind in a rush and the owner, Ms. Aprile, has kept an open end of communication in regards to finding it in the condo. I would highly recommend this unit for a quiet get away in a small town. Everything was easily accessible with wine and dine just out the front door.

2 Week Getaway from Wisconsin's Winter

First of all let me start out by saying that communicating with Aprile was wonderful. Every time we had a question she responded immediately.

Booking this property was smooth and easy and everything that she said about this rental was exactly as stated. The rental was very clean and well equipped. Everything you needed was right at your fingertips. We went to the pool everyday so the beach towels came in handy. This is definitely a nice property and a wonderful getaway. Thanks Aprile for making our trip a memorable time!!!!!!!!! Can't wait to return!!!!

I am always a bit apprehensive when booking a room that I have not been to or seen before but WOW! This little hidden gem was spectacular. My husband, baby (6months) and I traveled from Palm Beach Gardens (where the water is absolutely beautiful so it’s hard to be impressed) to Ruskin, FL expecting a mini vacation that we deserved. The reason we booked in Ruskin, FL was because we were looking for a place near Bradenton to catch a Pirates Spring Training game. Most places in Sarasota and Bradenton were pricey so we ventured out to a place we had not heard about but didn’t seem too far. We expected the baseball game to be the highlight of the weekend but I can now say that staying in Little Harbor Inn was. Check in was super easy (easier than any other place we have been to). We loved the fact that we could bring out own food to cook but just as easy as crossing the street was the Sunset Grill. It accommodated for fined dinning, casual dining and bar setting with live music. Let’s not forget the amazing sunset while dinning. All in all we had an amazing time and I hope that we are able to book again next year.
