About Amie and Chris Roberts

Hi, we are Amie, Chris and Che. We have recently restored this lovely Cottage. It is a very special property full of character and charm - we are sure you'll love it too.

Why Amie and Chris Roberts chose Pembroke, Tenby, Saundersfoot & The South Coast

The location is everything. The cottage is literally 1 minute from the beautiful Saundersfoot beach. The garden is secluded and has a gorgeous hand made Mexican BBQ for the evenings. The cottage has been tastefully renovated and makes for that perfect holiday.

What makes this cottage unique

Set within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, the small coastal village of Saundersfoot has restaurants, pubs, shops, a lively harbour and gorgeous beaches. It offers easy access to Pembrokeshire's many visitor attractions including Oakwood Theme Park, Folly Farm, National Trust houses and gardens, the beautiful sandy beaches and the 186 mile long coastal path.

Guestbook comments from the owner

Llebroodon was a perfect choice for our Spring break. The spacious house is located a very short walk from the centre of the village which makes it very handy for the local amenities. The property is clean and homely and well stocked with essential domestic items. The garden is a haven of peace with a delightful garden house boasting splendid views of the surrounding coastline. Being early Spring we took full advantage of the log burner which provided us with a nice cosy atmosphere in the evenings. Hopefully we wont need this for our return booking later in the Summer! Thank you for providing us with a perfect holiday venue

We provide the first basket of wood for the fires. A kayak for the sea, a surf board for the waves, and the exquisite Pembrokeshire Coast National Park at your doorstep. Although, we welcome everyone we do have to caution you that there are stairs in the house, as well as, the garden. This make accessibility difficult for some. We welcome you to holiday with your dog but please ask that you keep him or her downstairs and, of course, please pick up after them in the garden and on the beaches. We also request that there is no smoking inside the house. The garage in the house is for a small car only – if your car doesn’t fit then there is parking up the road near the primary school or we can provide a pass to park on the harbour – which is a short walk to the house. Of course, for unloading and loading you can park for a short time directly in front of the house.

Wonderful house

  • 5 of 5

This is marvellous house at which my partner and I have just spent a week. Beautifully and stylishly furnished, extremely well equipped with two stunning outside spaces. The owner is exceptionally helpful and provides more in the house than she needs to. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to spend time on the Pembrokeshire Coast.

Lovely house brilliant position.

  • 5 of 5

We had a great week in a lovely house with a beautiful garden. Fantastic weather and so close to the beach which is also lovely. We loved the area and did not have to travel far to any places of interest. Candy Island is well worth a visit very interesting with a magnificent monastery. Tenby is beautiful with an excellent beach.

This is a truly awesome holiday cottage!

  • 5 of 5

An Amazing cottage - the whole family and our cocker spaniel enjoyed a fantastic holiday at Llebroodon.

It has a cosy home from home feel (woodburner and furnishings) and and yet it is also full of character and charm (beams, fireplaces and decor etc) and also has added special extras (sauna, patio and deck areas and spectacular sea views).

The cottage is so near to Saundersfoot beach and all the amenities, but yet feels tucked away from it all. It's a perfect base for exploring other areas also such as Tenby, Haverfordwest, St David's and Solva - and the walk to Wisemans Bridge is a must. We explored and walked in the day - then relaxed and unwound in the evening in the sauna and by the wood burner!

The Owners Amie and Chris were amazing throughout - whilst there we phoned them to ask a question about parking and they responded straight away.

Our family has a tricky age range to cater for - but this cottage fulfilled everyone's needs and wants - even the teenager!

A perfect family holiday at a perfect cottage.

Relaxing cottage on the beautiful Pembrokeshire coast.

  • 4 of 5

The cottage is well positioned, only a short walk from the coast and all the shops, pubs , restaurants and harbour of Saundersfoot , which in turn is a short drive from Tenby and the beautiful beaches in the area. Excellent base for walking the coast path , surfing and other water sports. The cottage is full of interesting hardwood furniture and the log burner makes for a very cosy dining/ sitting room if staying out of the summer months.

A perfect holiday home!!!

  • 5 of 5

We stated for New Year, wished we could have stayed longer. The cottage is very well presented and full of charm and character. The owners provide a harbour car pass which we found useful for our second car. The position of the cottage is ideal, only a short walk to the beach and central Saundersfoot and yet relatively secluded and private. The upper deck was an added bonus, we often sat in the summer house overlooking the sea with a glass or two of wine. - a perfect holiday home.

The house is very well equipped and very comfortable. The decor is very nice and has been lovingly restored, it is like staying in someone's home rather than a holiday rental. The sauna is a real bonus. The bath towels were lovely which is nice again of a holiday let. I would really recommend this house to stay in and the location is fantastic.
