No Smoking, No Pets. Check out at 11am, check in at 4pm. Address is 1300 Arlington Lane NE, Palm Bay, FL. Unit 102. Furnished 2 bedroom, 2½ bath townhouse. Queen size bed in master bedroom and 1 full and 1 twin in the 2nd bedroom. Living room, dining area, kitchen and ½ bath on the first floor. All linens, cookware, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, dishes and kitchen utensils furnished. Central air-conditioning, New stackable washer dryer on the first floor. Master bedroom has an attached private bathroom and sliding doors to a deck overlooking the common grounds and pool. Bedrooms have mirrored doors on the closets. Flat screen TV in the living room and master bedroom. Sliders on the first floor also lead out to a small patio area and the pool. This is a non-smoking unit. NO PETS. Electric, water, cable TV and WIFI included! Close to shopping, golf courses and beaches. 1 hour south of Orlando International Airport. Close to Disney and Space Center!

A diamond in the rough

This is a very lovely town home that has been upgraded to make for a very comfortable stay. We stayed for 3 weeks because we were there for Intensive Therapy for my daughter. The home is very well maintained, and the owner was very prompt and courteous to any questions we had. There weren't any major issues while we were there. It isn't the best neighborhood, but it's not awful. Home is right on the front of the complex, and area is well lit. We felt safe and had a very nice stay. Very reasonable for pricing, as I checked many other places, and this was by far the best price and very nice. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area, as there are many things to do in Melbourne. I only gave it 4 stars because of the neighborhood, not because of the townhome or owner. This was definitely the nicest townhome located in the complex. Pool water was warm and it was clean. Very close to stores and restaurants. If you are going to stay, try the Wagon Wheel, their food was very good, and so was the service, it's a little locally owned place and was reasonably priced. There are also a lot of kids places close by, we tried Yu Jump, and that was a great place for my younger girls. Over all a very nice experience, we will stay again! Clean, orderly, conveniently located.

This condo was exactly what I needed. I was visiting relatives in Melbourne but wanted a private space to sleep and rest. A cozy, somewhat dated but very adequate accommodation. I found the stairs leading to the two bedrooms a little steep but had no problem with them due to good handrails.

Nice and Cozy...

My family and I had a wonderful week in Palm Bay. Everything that we needed was in the unit. Stores and places to eat eat were right down the street for easy convenience. The beach was about a 10 minute drive but that’s nothing when you are use to 2 hours. We had wonderful weather the whole time we were there which made leaving that much harder. Thank you Mary Ann for everything and your quick response when I needed you the first day... Will definitely come back!!

What we needed/expected. Extra space for family visit. 2+ baths great for family. Good space. In unit laundry a plus. Good kitchen supplies. Second key great for busy family visit. As advertised
