MARCO ISLAND IS A GREAT PLACE TO SPEND YOUR SUMMER & FALL VACATION TIME BY THE GULF OF MEXICO. INQUIRE ABOUT OUR SPECIALS FOR 2 WEEK STAYS (SAT TO SAT ONLY) IN MAY- OCTOBER. Feel right at home in your very private tropical paradise. No need to feel as if you are occupying a rental unit because our unit is furnished with style and reflects our taste. With our 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit, you will experience clean, top of the line furniture and decor! Our newly renovated condo is located in the beautiful, meticulously landscaped South Seas Club, a 55 acre gated community, the only property on Marco that has both Gulf of Mexico beaches and boat docks on a large bay with access to the miles of canals throughout Marco Island. From our 38 foot balcony, you will enjoy beautiful sunsets and views of the Gulf of Mexico and the tropical foliage of Tigertail Nature Park. This view is very private, no other condo towers to look at and no one looking at you. Whether you are entertaining guests or relatives in the spacious, fully-equipped beachfront condo or relaxing on a romantic getaway, south seas is a vacationer’s dream with a quiet tropical Island feeling and secured gated community, offering privacy at its best.

Our condo is appointed with new tropical/coastal furniture, mattresses and bedding's. The unit offers two fully furnished bedrooms with a king size bed in the master, a flat screen TV, a DVD player, large walk-in closet and a spacious private bath, including a hairdryer. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a flat screen TV and DVD/VCR player. The second bath is located directly across from the guest bedroom and close to the living room. The living room boasts new furniture, featuring a leather sofa (w/pull out bed) and loveseat and 42' flat screen TV and DVD player. The kitchen has been renovated with light colored modern cabinetry, new appliances, flatware, dishes and cookware. You'll enjoy the hot dog cooker & bun warmer stored in the cabinet. In the kitchen, it is well equipped whether the cook prefers to entertain a large group or prepare a quick meal. The kitchen also features new granite counter tops and tray ceiling with multiple lighting options. We have even replaced the light switches throughout the unit! No need to bring anything, we have pool and beach toys, a beach cart to carry the provided beach chairs, cooler, umbrella’s and towels to the wide white sand beach. We even have an electric air pump to blow up the air mattresses and floats! Wireless Internet in the unit! We have recently added a 26' women's bike and a 24' boys bike & 2 helmets.

Come to Marco Island, the perfect paradise for family gatherings, romantic getaways or a girl’s trip away in the sun, spend a week or a month in our luxurious condominium complex directly on the beach.

We have been vacationing in Florida for over 40 years (during kid & adult years) and when we first visited Marco, it was pure paradise, one of the few places in Florida where you can see the tropics and wild mangroves of yesterday. Marco Island has so much to offer the friendly tourist and a full time resident. You too will enjoy the quiet and one of the only tropical paradise destinations in Florida.

In Paradise, water activities are limitless, boating, sailing, fishing, swimming, snorkeling, airboat excursions through the nearby everglades, dinner cruises, wave runners or take a quick trip to Key West from the nearby marina. The Island is packed with all kinds of restaurants from fine dining, to casual family dining, to waterfront favorites, to quaint romantic cafes, to unique homemade foods and fast food. If shopping is more your bag; Marco Island offers several shopping districts nearby and of course Naples is just a short trip away where you can enjoy seeing ocean front estates and the fine shopping and dining of Fifth Avenue. Southwest Florida offers more family vacation activities, so you may need to tell the boss that you need to stay another week to take it all in.

The unit is perfectly located right on the beach and within walking range of many restaurants. We found the condo to be very clean, orderly and as advertised. The owners were easy to communicate with. If you are heading to Marco, we recommend this unit and we expect to stay here again in the future.

Beautiful South Seas condo!

This condo is great! Very spacious and comfortable. Updated and stylish. Well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Loved having the beach cart, umbrella, chairs, coolers, even pails and shovels! The cart is a life saver when walking the long distance to the beach. Not much of an ocean view, but we didn't mind since we really don't spend much time in the condo during daylight hours. It's nice to be facing that direction though, vs. the pool or another building. It's very pretty! And you can't beat the sunsets! We were very pleased with our stay here and would highly recommend this beautiful Marco Island condo!

Absolutely wonderful

My husband and I felt like we won the lottery when we found this rental for our family vacation! Felt like home, very clean and well kept property and condo. Comfortable beds, nice storage and closet space for belongings while there. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms so we all didn't have to share one. We loved the provided beach cart to haul things to the beach. We are looking into planning another family vacation here!

Wonderful Beach Vacation!

My fiancé and I had a wonderful time at this beautiful condo. It was comforting to stay at a place that felt more like home, rather than a bland hotel. We would make breakfast in the fully-equipped kitchen and sit outside on the balcony, enjoying the ocean breeze. The owners have a supply of beach gear in the front closet, including a cart to carry chairs, towels, umbrella, and swim supplies to the beach. It was so convenient! The beach is perfect for those who love to look for shells or walk up and down the beach. Perfect for our romantic getaway!

Nice location with a homey feel

Spent a month with everything needed provided in the unit. The furnishings, appliances, linens, etc. were all of very good quality and in good working order -- truly can bring just the clothes on your back and enjoy the amenities. The unit is on the 2nd floor of a 19 story tower with quick access to the outside without using the elevator. What was missing was a summary of facilities available at the complex within the unit.

We took several trips out through the Everglades, which is spectacular and really beautiful.

The only real negative was bugs (cockroaches, small beetles and ants) that seemed to appear overnight or at other times during the day. There was insect spray available in the unit and we notified the agent, but a new batch would appear each morning. This may be the result of a large complex with many units making control difficult.

Owner's Response: We are very sorry for the bugs. South Seas sprays outside and inside the building quite often. We took the unit out of service for the week of March 9-15, to spray the unit completely and clean all surfaces. Gloria is down at the unit supervising and getting it ready for the next guest. Her report so far, is that all is clear and very fresh. Thank you very much for reporting this to our very professional property manager, Marco island Vacation properties and they took care of the situation immediately. Thank you to South Seas, MIVP and ABC Pest for taking care of this matter.
