I fell in love with this property before the building was completed after having only seen the model home. The building and purchase was complete in 2004. I visit often and always enjoy a quiet elegance with excitement not far away. My home away from home.
Anne Wilson purchased this villa in 2004

We loved our stay at this beautiful villa with two other couples. It's very spacious and comfortable. The views from the balcony are awesome and we loved being able to barbeque on the grill. The pool area was nice and relaxing We will definitely come back and bring our family next time. This was our first time staying in Lake Las Vegas and it definitely won't be our last!
We all were pleased with the accommodations. The area is peaceful and very well maintained. The only thing that we were surprised about was the village down by the lake....most of the stores were closed...we are not sure if it is seasonal or a sign of the times.
The owner was very responsive and thorough with her management.
We felt like we were being spoiled with a top floor Vegas style Penthouse. Each bedroom was beautiful, comfortable and very private. The great room was perfect for gathering. We loved sitting on the deck overlooking Lake Las Vegas. We have stayed on the Strip many times and this was a nice change!
My husband and I and our two adult sons spent 3 nights in this very comfortable condo after a week on the Las Vegas strip. For us it was perfect because after a week of much activity and late nights we were looking for a quiet time together at the end of our vacation. The condo was very nice .....fully stocked, great deck area & views, comfortable furniture, quiet, etc. Anne Wilson was flexible and responsive. We didn't use the common pool because its shaded area was very limited and sunburn is an issue for us. Also, if I were to use it it would be to swim laps and it was a little small for that. However, for a place to take children for dips in the pool or for adult sunbathing, it might be nice. During our stay we never saw anyone using the area.
For us, it would be too long a drive to stay in Lake Las Vegas with the intention of commuting back and forth to the strip (about 30 minutes), for shows, gambling, etc., especially after a few drinks. Lake Las Vegas is very quite & peaceful; there is not much close by. We went to the Village on a weekday afternoon in late Sept. and it was virtually deserted. Perhaps the fact that the Aston MonteLago Village Resort has closed permanently as of August 29, 2016 was one factor. It was kind of sad because the Village looked like it could have been a fun place to hang out if it had not fallen on hard times (many of the stores, etc. were permanently closed). However, we did go to the Italian restaurant there, Luna Rossa, that evening and had a great meal while sitting on the patio looking over the lake. We also went the next day for flyboarding and that was a lot of fun.
I can say with some assurance, that as far as the condo goes, you will not be disappointed.
Property is great just perfect for our family
