This stunning top floor apartment is finished to a high standard in this smart development by the sea. Offering contemporary living, this Penthouse is situated in the fishing town of Nazare and only 15 minutes walk to the golden sand beaches. Entering the courtyard you take the lift to the top floor (3rd flr) which is private with no neighbours. Once you enter the apartment you start to appreciate the 200m2 of living space. Each room has floor to ceiling glass patio doors which opens up onto balconies from every room. The 3 bedrooms are located in separate quarters that is secluded from the rest of the apartment. The highlight of this apartment has to be the huge (60m2) private terrace which has to be seen to appreciate the panoramic views of the sea and surrounding areas. There is 120MB internet and TV with 130 channels. There is also a shared swimming pool and underground parking. Nazare is situated 1 hour drive from Lisbon airport but you can also reach it via train or bus. An abundance of world class golf courses swarm the surrounding areas too.

Check-In & Check-Out Times: Check-In after 15:00 but you must pick up the keys before 19:00 please

clean well appointed close to supermarkets and beach

The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. The terrace is fabulous and overlooks the pool which is clean and well maintained. The lounge is comfortable and the WiFi good. The dining area is perfect for a family of 6 with pleasant views over the surrounding area. The bedrooms are spacious and in a separate wing of the apartment. Thank you and we will be back!

Huge modern apartment by the beach

Me and my Husband had such a lovely time here in Nazare. The apartment is a new build block and the apartment is the largest in the building being on the top floor with a big terrace where we relaxed and had drinks in the evening. The supermarket is right next door and we walked to the beach everyday. The views from the terrace are panoramic. The apartment is modern and well equipped. We will be back for sure as the owner (Nova) and his contact (Cecilia) were so accommodating and professional. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.

fantastic property in peaceful location

The apartment is spacious and well laid out for a family of 6. We enjoyed exploring the local area by day and relaxing in the comfortable lounge in the evening. The apartment is well placed for shopping, getting to the waterpark and the beach and we walked everywhere. Nazare is very beautiful and peaceful and we will definitely be back. Thank you Nova 😊

Family of 6 - superb apartment!

The apartment is spacious and clean. Situated very close to 2 large supermarkets providing everything you may need (like Tesco superstore in UK). Terrace is a spot to relax and enjoy views over the pine forests and surrounding area. Pool was excellent - clean and well maintained. Communal entry to flat was well maintained and spotless. Nazare is really beautiful and the waterpark is walking distance. We chose to have no car and found the apartment well placed for walking to different parts of the area.

Calm, quiet, spacious, clean and lovely!

My husband and I had a lovely week in Nova's appartement. We met Cecilia as we arrived, she spoke English well and gave us good information. The appartement was delicate, we felt very much "at home", and the 15 minutes walk up and down to the beach/centre as a welcome training these otherwise lazy, lovely days. The payment and the service/information from Nova felt secure, and we experienced nothing but quality all the way.

We will surely recommend this appartement to our friends, and be happy to help them how to book a stay here!

(Important for us was the soft, lovely bed, as most hotelrooms have very hard beds!)

Nazarè is a beautiful place, and we will surely visit again!

Fantastic stay!

This was a beautiful and extremely comfortable new condominium. There were six people in our party and we all loved it! The property is spotless, right next to a great grocery store and just far enough away from the hustle of the touristy area, so you can get away from the noise and the crowds after a day at the stunning beach.

Nova, the owner, was the kindest, most helpful host. Always accessible and very prompt and professional in his dealings with us. Thank you, Nova - you made our holiday great!

I would (and have) recommended this property to people wishing to visit Nazare. Nazare is very central to many of the interesting towns in Portugal. We visited Tomar (great town!), the islands of Berlanga, Obidos, Alcobaca, Ourem, Fatima, and Leiria. All a very reasonable drive from Nazare.

The beach in Nazare is stunning and all along are great restaurants, bakeries, etc. Fun to walk around or sit outside with a coffee or beer and watch people go by.

All in all - a great place to stay!

Nazaré with a total area of 82,4 km² and a total population of around 15,000 inhabitants, is in subregion Oeste and Leiria district.

It has become a popular tourist attraction, boasting a picturesque seaside village. The long sandy beaches (considered by some to be among the best beaches of Portugal), crowded by an abumdance of tourists in the summer. The town used to be known for its traditional costumes worn by the fishermen and their wives, wearing traditional headscarfs and embroidered aprons over colourful flannel skirts

A Praia (along the beach), O Sítio (an old town, on top of a cliff) and Pederneira (an old town, on a hilltop) are the three sections of Nazare

The first church in O Sítio, was built in 1182. Beside the chapel, on a protuberant rock 110 meters above the Atlantic.

Nazare also has the most amazing fresh fish restuarants, as this is primarily a fishing village. Come and visit this beautiful place which people from around the world come to see and enjoy

Other Activities: Water Park

Golf: Silver Coast is the new favoured destination for golfers. The courses here are visually stunning and picturesque with various terrains.

There are about 10 golf courses in this area giving you a huge choice, here are a few:

- Praia D'El Rey voted the 13th best course in europe only 28km away

- Golden Eagle is a championship course in Rio Maior around 46km away

- Bom Sucesso opened in Oct 2008 and designed by Donald Steel. located near Obidos only 40km away

- Campo Real opened in 2005 and designed by Donald Steel 60km away in Oeste
