Totally remodeled (Fall, ’15) by IDC, Maui’s premier design firm, Elua 402

has a warm and inviting island feel. The custom teak cabinets, granite

counter tops, open kitchen, spacious showers and top of the line

appliances all add to your total comfort. The 180 degree view and quiet

location make this the perfect vacation condo.

Our unique condominium provides every amenity for a wonderful vacation

—with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, Tempur-Pedic king mattress and

deluxe linens in the master suite to a large comfortably furnished lanai with

barbecue. 25 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds, 2 pools, a deluxe

workout room and the perfect sandy beach complete your experience in

this gated Wailea community. As the grandparents of 4, and recognizing

that this is a family vacation spot, we do want to advise that our

condominium is not really suitable for toddlers and very young children.

Confused about renting a beach front location or a view unit? Comparing

apples to oranges is hard—an ocean front unit in Elua village may not offer

our view, may be farther from the pool and could be a major budget buster!!

Recently retired, we love traveling the world--but when we want to relax, this is where we go! It has been such fun making new friends and sharing our vacation home. Our best memories have been made in Maui,and we love making new ones there with our two grandsons.

Incredible and Comfortable - Wonderful Location

Not a bad thing can be said about this Beautiful Condo and location. It was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. The remodel is stunning. Everything is well thought out and impeccably organized. We will most definitely be back, if you will have us.

Our family of 5 loved the place

My wife and I stayed there with our 3 daughters and loved the place. It was a very nicely updated unit, we loved the location, and the pool and beach were great. The kitchen was also great, making it nice to have a number of breakfasts and lunches there, and then still being close to a lot of wonderful restaurants for dinner. We would stay there again.

Have written reviews in past and again this was a perfect stay! This was our third visit within a year and we can't say enough good things about the unit and our host Mark. Have visited other units in complex that friends and family stayed in and this is by far the best! You will love it.

Fabulous condo -- truly a 'home' away!

This Elua Village condo is ideal in every way -- it truly was 'home' away!

The condo is lovely; well furnished and appointed. Lovely bathrooms, comfortable beds, outstanding closet space.

The kitchen has everything you would ever need or want. We enjoyed cooking and dining on the beautiful lanai, in the dining room, or at the kitchen counter.

Great pools and beach!

It was like living in a luxury tree house in the middle of a Hawaiian botanical garden -- with lovely ocean view..... Heavenly!

Added bonus -- easy, short walk to great shops and restaurants. We cannot wait to return!
