Warm, stylish, and elegantly designed 2 bedroom townhouse directly across from Disneyland. A five minutes walk will take you to Disneyland’s trams and Disneyland's monorail. Sit poolside to watch the fireworks each evening. BBQ on your private patio in this roomy, elegant townhouse.

This comfortable 2 bedroom townhouse is larger than most others in the area. You can snuggle up in your comfy bed with luxurious, high-quality linens. Everyone will enjoy the generous supply of welcome surprise packages.

We have paid a lot of attention in selecting top quality fabrics, beautiful designs, and comfortable goods to make your stay extra enjoyable. This includes 50' LG plasma TV in the living room as well another 50' plasma in the bedroom. Beautiful Chandeliers provide radiant light.

Master bedroom has a king bed with a ceiling fan and access to a bathroom and shower.

Kids bedroom has a bunk bed (twin on top, full on the bottom and a trundle) with close access to hallway bathroom.

Fireworks can be seen from the kids bedroom, dining room and the patio.

Kitchen is fully equipment with all the modern conveniences of home.

Washer and dryer is available downstairs inside the house.

High-speed internet and cable TV with the extended channels is available. We also offer one complimentary assigned parking space for your convenience.

Location, location...and call it 4.5 stars

Very comfortable condo and a responsive and friendly staff, this place more than serves its purpose. All the other reviews are accurate: it's very close to Disneyland and comfortable. Things I didn't see in other reviews: pool is not heated, exterior is a little rough and the parking spot is a not exactly close to the condo. But it's very comfortable, you can see the fireworks from the front steps (super cool) and everything else is as listed including washer/dryer, grill and private patio. I wouldn't hesitate to book again and/or recommend to others.

Will stay here again. Highly recommended.

We were mostly interested in this unit due to close proximity to Disneyland. It was as advertised - under 20 min walk to the Disneyland/California Adventure Entrance! It was very comfortable and a great place if you are a Disney fan as my family is. Would rent this place again and would recommend it to friends/family.

The perfect place to stay for our Disneyland vacation!

We stayed in this condo at the beginning of March and are so happy we chose this location. The condo is only a 10 minute walk to Downtown Disney, and an hour's drive (at 9:30 am) to Universal Studios. The condo is very clean and quiet. We really appreciated having a place to decompress after spending the day at the park. The condo comes with everything you may need for your stay and the property manager was very accommodating when we had questions. We will stay here again when we return and will recommend this condo to our friends and family.

Clean and comfortable

The home was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable, the hide-a-bed downstairs was not. The washer and dryer were great. The key pad was easy to use and very convenient. The owner was quick to respond to a leaking tub but it would be better if it was fixed before we got there. If you like to have the owner call to make sure you got in ok and to make sure you know how to get in and know all the rules then you'll like this owner. I prefer less contact. The parking space was not very close. The home is close to the park but it was still over a mile walk. We tried to take the parking lot tram but it was slow and out of the way so it wasn't worth it. Back and forth a couple times a day adds up quick and is hard on the younger kids. The townhome complex was quiet but there was dog crap everywhere. The cleaning crew showed up at 10:55. We were already feeling the pressure of getting out by 11 on daylight savings Sunday after a late night at the park, we really didn't need the cleaning crew there early pushing us out.

Home away from home - all you need

We stayed as a family of five - 3 adults and 2 children (12 and 14).

This place offered everything we needed. We stayed here before in Oct 2015 and found it so prefect for our needs that we deliberately chose it again for this trip.

It's an easy walk to the parks (10-15 mins) and the owners are very friendly and helpful.

The house has everything you need including a helpful binder with information in it and (my favourite thing as we were on a 3 week vacation in total!) a large washing machine and dryer.

I would highly recommend this place!

Terrific condo!

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The washer and dryer in our unit was fantastic and made it very easy to bring home clean clothes. With the Disneyland Hotel right across the street, we walked to Disneyland without paying for parking which would've been $18 each day. There were also restaurants nearby that we ate in. You can see the fireworks right from our front door so everything was great! I recommend this condo for any family going to Disneyland!
