If you are looking to create vacation memories then this is the place for you! This gorgeous 3,000 sq, ft. home sleeps 12-15 with ease. It has all new wood flooring through out and each bedroom has its own private bath with deck access. The upstairs has a spacious open living room and kitchen combination with a large island where you can have some great conversations while enjoying spectacular views of the ocean. This two level home has over 2,400 sq. ft. of wrap around decking on two levels to enjoy those amazing ocean sunrises! It also has a large private seating area under the house that allows people to stay in the shade while enjoying the outdoors, watch people on the beach and soak in the amazing views. (Note: we do not advertise or rent our home on Craigslist)

This custom built home has beautiful surroundings and is located in a premiere beach front location. The local attractions, on and off-shore fishing and restaurants are the best around. This home is close to town for grocery shopping and tourist attractions. It has a beautiful open, gourmet kitchen. When coming to the island you have a choice - why not select the best!

Great Family Beachhouse

We stayed here this past September for a family getaway for us, our two adult kids and their spouses, and our 3 1/2 year old granddaughter. Great bedroom setup-each couple had their own room and bathroom, and plenty of room in the bunkbed room for the granddaughter. Good large dining are sitting area for meals and visiting. Right next to beach for gulf-time! High on our list for a return trip when the family schedules re-align.

Perfect Weekend

I have been booking through VRBO for many years and this was my favorite place so far. The location was perfect, the house was beautiful, clean, big and well planned with large bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms and a well stocked kitchen. Two refrigerators were handy since there were 11 adults in attendance. Plenty of seating and the common area made for easy and comfortable visiting. The Clarks were wonderful and very approachable from beginning to end. Thank you Clarks. If we are ever back in Galveston we would love to book with you again.We all loved it.

Great Beach House

We had a great time vacationing in this beautiful beach house! Awesome layout and deck views for all our guests! Easy drive into downtown Galveston and Houston (Super Bowl was unbelievable)!!!

The house was perfect for our family gathering.

We had three adult couples and three children at the house. The three bedrooms with king beds were perfect for the adults and the large bunk bedroom was great for the kids. The open kitchen and living space is ideal for large groups. The house was stocked with everything you need. The large balconies are great for relaxing and watching the waves roll in. The beach is so close you feel as though you can reach out and touch it.

I would recommend this property to anyone who enjoys the beach and wants a very nice, large getaway home.

The owner's were very accommodating and were very quick to respond to any question we had.
