The property has a spacious garden with patio area and gravelled drive for off street secure parking. In a quiet part of a large golf complex, yet a short drive to many on site facilities. The villa has a very spacious area for outdoor living, having a roof top solarium which extends the full length of the villa, and with pleasant views over the surrounding properties and a vista of the mountains. The accommodation has a double and twin bedroom living room/ dining area and a small but well equipped kitchen. There is a studio settee which can convert to a bed for extra sleeping accommodation. There is a stylish bathroom with bath, shower and bidet. Luxury touches and attention to detail set the property apart. Care too has been taken with the garden area which is well kept and colourful.

The rooms are very convenient being all on one level with stairs leading to the rooftop solarium. This property offers quality accommodation, yet is reasonably priced for a bargain holiday.

Spain. Before retirement I was a teacher, then moved from the uk to the Highlands of Scotland where for several years myself and husband ran an upmarket guest house. We have a larger villa on Camposol which we keep for our own occupancy.

The property is good value for money. Set in lovely gardens with a drive for off road parking. The road is adequate for parking outside the property if this is more convenient. We have kept up high standards, and have had many guests stay over the years, meeting many friends as we communicate with them personally.

All rooms have ceiling fans. The main living area also benefits from air conditioning for cooling in the hot Summer days For the chilly evenings in Winter a radiator is provided for each bedroom whilst hot air conditioning is the main source of heat. Satellite TV and DVD for your entertainment. The villa benefits from being one level, so is ideal for the elderly or for young children. There is much more outdoor space than with most apartments, as the property has its own garden with patio and sun parasol/ table for sitting in the shade. There is ample outdoor furniture for outdoor living provided for the rooftop terrace with covers the whole length of the property. Sun beds are provided for enjoying the Spanish sunshine, and 2 garden chairs and beach umbrella fit nicely in the car boot for taking to the beach or just sitting in the pleasant garden surrounded by Mediterranean sweet smelling plants.

Solo ante el peligro / Alone in the darkness

Lugar muy tranquilo y agradable, pero si tienes un problema por la noche y no hablas ingles, estas perdido. Por un fallo eléctrico en el apartamento a las 11pm estuvimos mas de 13 horas sin luz, sabiendo el propietario que tenemos un niño de 3 meses, lo que no solo nos fastidio esa noche, sino la excursión de la mañana siguiente a las minas de Mazarrón porque no llegó el electricista hasta las 12 de la mañana. El propietario solo nos ofreció unas velas, tras pedírselas nosotros, una solución muy pobre. Claro está que le salía mucho más barato tenernos sin luz toda la noche (y la mañana siguiente) que llamar a un electricista de guardia como debió hacer.

Very pleasant and quite place, but if you have a problem in the night and you doesn't speak english, you are looose. By an elecctric trouble at 11pm we were more than 13 hours in darkness, knowing the owner that we have an 3months old baby, this not only disturb that night, even the next morning when we have a trip to Mazarron's mine, because the electrician doesn't arrive till 12am.

The owner only offers us a candle, after asking us, a very poor temporary solution of the problem. Of course it was cheaper to have us in the darkness the whole night and the next morning that phoning an watch electrician.

A pretty place for taking holiday, The lynda house is really nice for all people et real well suitable for making cooking... We enjoyed the time remain in the Villa.

We stayed here for 13 nights. Everything as described, clean, quit, lovely villa, not forgetting absolute barging.Very helpful From the beginning right through to the end.We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay there again.

Owner's Response: We always enjoy meeting with guests and try hard to help with any problems however slight and give knowledge of this lovely area. Holiday homes are now very competative and prices are at their lowest, so such a good deal for the renter. We have compromised on price to gain bookings, over our competitors but not on our quality standard so as mentioned in the review our property is a bargain.

Fiesta 582 facing south

We thoroughly enjoyed our 12 day holiday in Camposol and found the villa in an immaculate condition especially the crockery and utensils. It was fitted with every thing one would require even an electric blanket which came in very handy with the cold nights seeing it was still winter.

Having had our own villa for eight years we love the area hence keep returning.

The owners were very helpful in every way and we certainly will use them again.

Great central location in Costa Calida

We have just spent a week in the villa and the location made it a great base for exploring the Costa Calida. Murcia San Javier airport was a very easy and relaxed 50 minute drive away and the beaches of Bolnuevo and Puerto de Mazzarron are only 15 minutes away by car. The villa itself was bright, modern, clean and comfortable, but the best feature was the roof terrace for evening meals and watching the sun go down.

The property is situated on a large Golf complex, Camposol Golf Resort. Surrounded by countryside and beautiful mountains, the resort has every facility at its town centre. Supermarkets, banks, hairdressers and a wealth of bars and restaurants. There is an 18 hole Golf course and a Golf club house offering first class entertainment. A short drive inland is the Sierra Espuna National Park, whilst heading to the coast is the traditionally Spanish town of Mazarron and then the coastal Puerto de Mazarron. The port is very attractive having been recently completely re-developed. It boasts a brand new marina with fashionable shops and bars alongside pedestrian areas decked with exotic shrubbery and elegant palms. There is a wide choice of sandy beaches along the coast with shallow bays, ideal for sea bathing and many offering water sports. Numerous cafe bars line the promenade where you can enjoy tapas or an excellent meal
