This spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is fully furnished. All you need to bring is your suitcase and you are all set for a wonderful time in south west Florida. The property has a beautiful club house which has a pool table, community room. and a fabulous gym for your work out. Serenata Stay

Very nice unit in the Serenata complex. Would highly recommend the Serenata condos, a special property in a great location relative to dinning and shopping needs.

Dirty, crammed with old stuff, unsafe shower and painful seating.

Floors, carpeting, counters, utensils, bathroom, all artificial plants were dirty. Sofa with broken springs and no support positioned perpendicular to the TV and one other side chair made for painful sitting. All cupboards, drawers and closets were completely full of stuff, no room to put anything. Main bathroom was miniscule in size. Very high tub with no handrails. Then dark burndt orange curtains were used as shower curtains and they hung at least 12 inches on the floor. Talk about a fall hazard and totally unsafe! Now I know why there weren't any pictures of the bathroom on the web site! No walk-in shower...... Everything was old and cheap and original. The noise of the washing machine was unbelievable, the kitchen smelled horribly and realized it was the filthy drip pans under the burners. Wiping a spill on kitchen floor and saw the towel was "black" with dirt. The lanai must never have been cleaned, disgusting. In talking with other people I realized this condo was horribly overpriced to the tune of $800 to 1000. monthly. And, considering the terrible condition of the place it seems criminal. The view out of the windows was primarily of the parking lot or the building next door, not very pleasing. The complex is lovely but certainly not this unit. It was noisy with dogs barking, doors banging and children hollering (mainly during March) but allowing dogs and children will create to a noisy atmosphere This experience was very upsetting to me and totally not relaxing. I feel that someone should be able highlight these listings that are not conducive to some seniors who may have difficulty climbing into tall bathtubs or need comfortable and supportive seating due to back surgeries. I've learned a valuable lesson that I will unfortunately be paying for for the next couple of years... Thank you
