EXCELLENT LOCATION, PRIVATE POOL, WI-FI, SLEEPS: 2-10+ (5 bedrooms/bathrooms)

This charming 18th Century village farmhouse is set in beautiful landscaped gardens with a large private swimming pool, four separate terraces and extensive grounds including woodland areas.

The house is situated in a quiet location in the heart of the old part of Trebaluger village; with both a local well-stocked supermarket (2 minutes walk) and also beautiful countryside on the door step. Trebaluger is perfectly located in the southeast to enable guests to fully enjoy Menorca, one of the most picturesque islands in Europe. The historic towns of San Luis, Es Castell and the capital Mahon are all only a short drive away, as are many beautiful beaches.

Due to the layout of the house, it is ideal for either a single family (or couple) or for up to 10 or more people. The house is spacious, light, airy and comfortably furnished throughout in a simple style.

The beautifully planted swimming pool garden includes, both an inbuilt barbecue and a pretty covered terrace, providing a large shaded dining area ideal for entertaining

Further to the accommodation previously mentioned, there is also a bar area with a large fridge, large hall areas, four terraces and a utility room with washing machine, sink, WC and shower. There are two sitting rooms, one of which has a vaulted ceiling and fireplace. There is a large private swimming pool. The pool area is equipped with a large selection of poolside furniture. There are 4 other terraced areas, allowing number of different areas for guests to relax in. The house is ideal for two families with children and other guests. However is also equally suited for a single family or couple. Maid service is available at extra cost. Cots, high chairs and baby sitting can arranged for young children.

A fantastic villa in a wonderful location

We had a fabulous time at this villa. We were a very mixed party of teenagers through to my 90 year old mother. It is large enough that everyone was able to have their own space and yet still feel together. It is clean and well maintained . The pool was great and the sitting area more than adequate. The kitchen and laundry facilities were fine for our limited requirements. It was really convenient to the airport, Mahon and we found lots of wonderful restaurants. I would recommend this villa to anyone who needed a large villa for lots of age groups.

We were only two people in your lovely huge farmhouse, but it felt cosy, relaxing and tranquil. Adored the pool with it's pretty garden.

fantastic holiday

What a treasure. Met all expectations and beyond. The accommodation is rustic and you feel you have stepped back in time. You immediately unwind & relax. It accommodated eleven of us comfortably, you could never be on top of each other. We spent all our time around the pool area which is private and spacious. We ate outside for every meal using the BBQ provided. Two minutes walk away is a supermarket with a fantastic deli, food and drink very reasonably priced. The seaside village,Casa estell which comes alive at sunset is a 10 minute drive away and the taxi service is reliable and only a few euros. Could not recommend this villa highly enough. It is fantastic.

Great farmhouse, location and service

We are a family party of 10 (6 adults and 4 children), and the farmhouse provided plenty of space to fit us all comfortably. Good quiet location considering it's just 15 minutes from the airport! Plenty of outside space and gardens for the kids to explore, barbecue area, nice patio with table and chairs for al fresco eating and loads of sun loungers by the pool. The pool is not fenced off and deep at one end so if you have small kids they will need to be watched! Our grandkids were happy to be in the pool everyday so we didn't venture further afield other than to Mahon (taxi about 12 euros) for a trip round the bay on the glass bottomed boat, and a meal out. If you want to hire a car and explore the island or just chill out by the pool this is the perfect place.

The pool is clean and well maintained, and the house reasonably clean (but could perhaps benefit from a clean under the chairs, sofas and beds), but otherwise OK. The lady from the property maintenance company came by to see if we had everything we needed. Oh, and buy some Mozzie spray - they're voracious.

There is a very nice supermarket just round the corner stocking loads of British brands - even some cheese from our creamery here on the Isle of Man!!

Our grateful thanks to Kathryn who was very helpful in giving every assistance and we would definitely recommend this property. Just wish we were there now enjoying the sun !!

Large beautiful house and grounds

We stayed here beginning of June 2011and had a wonderful holiday. The villa is really spacious and kitchen very well equiped with all that you need. Felt very private although other properties nearby. We had 8 adults and 1 baby and never got on top of each other. Great pool and very pretty grounds. Car would be a good idea, but taxis readily available if needed and not that expensive. Very easy to get to many places from the villa which are all not very far away. We had several bbq's whilst here and we would definately recommend the supermarket a minute or so away where they have a fantastic deli! Villa was clean and tidy and owners and management were very friendly and helpful. Will definately be returning. Thank you Kathryn for your help.

A delightful Tardis!

We stayed here with friends in a group of 10 and there was plenty of room. For it's location, it's amazing how secluded and private the place feels. The layout means you can party all you want or get away for some peace from the kids if you need to! The pool is wonderful and we ate by the pool while the kids splashed about every day.

Access to golf, beaches and towns is easy too so you can make it whatever type of holiday you want in terms of being a tourist, lying on a beach, being sporty or just lounging by the pool.

This was our second visit and I can't wait to return in August!
