Very nicely furnished and completely equipped.

Master bedroom has queen bed and en-suite bathroom with shower enclosure and oval tub. Large walk-in closet. The second and third bedrooms feature queen beds, dressers and large closets.

The second bathroom has a full size tub with stand up shower.

The main living area includes an L-shaped sectional couch, flat screen entertainment center, dining area and a well stocked library with leather reading chair.

There is a large open kitchen with island, corian counter tops, pantry and is very well equipped.

The local area is very well served with grocery stores, gas stations etc.

About Ian and Leslie

I bought this house to be close to my daughter while she was growing up. Now she's moved away to college and I don't need to use it as much. I intend to book the house for myself occasionally when she is home.

Perfect for families!

This townhouse was perfect for our vacation with our 3 sons. The outside of the property and the pool area are impeccably maintained. The inside of the home has a few small maintenance issues that kept us from giving it 5 stars but would definitely not stop us from staying there again. Seeing the one negative review of this property we would suggest you check out Google maps before you book. The townhouse is located in a bit of an odd neighborhood. Two streets of residential townhomes (for the most part not vacation rentals), dropped in a commercial/industrial area. So it is not scenic, but it is very centrally located between the beaches and Tampa attractions. This was great for us because we were doing both! Lots of shopping and restaurants in several directions within 10-15 minute drive. Townhouse was clean, well-equipped and nicely decorated. We would definitely consider here staying again if we return to the Tampa Bay area.

The location of the house is it's big plus, easy for beaches, theme parks, shopping, 3 downtowns in easy reach etc etc. I was able to squeeze a maintenance guy in recently so hopefully those small issues are all sorted now Thanks Ian and Leslie

No tell motel

Property run down, in high traffic area. Apartment furnished with old mismatched furniture. Carpet stained. View in back are storage containers and man living in a rundown camper. Neighbors are yelling, slamming doors, throwing chairs. Couldn't wait to leave

Owner's Response: I am very sorry that this lady did not enjoy her stay. My wife and I do our very best to ensure that everyone who stays with us is looked after. I think our other reviews speak for themselves. In fact in just a few weeks a family are coming back to us for their third time and they have already said they want to book for next year as well. To address these particular concerns I phoned this guest. Her comment with regard to 'property rundown' refers to the community not the home. She said that when she saw that the name of the community is Hidden Creek, she was disappointed that there isn't a Creek and that the small retention pond that is there for flood control was partially empty. I have no idea how that means the community is rundown, in actual fact it's very well kept. At the rear of the home is a grassed area and then a fence, on the other side of the fence is a business that stores boats and RVs etc. I actually chose this particular unit for this reason, the view isn't beautiful but you aren't overlooked by anyone. I have contacted city code enforcement about someone staying in one of the RVs and that issue should be addressed very shortly. As to high traffic, the community only has one entrance so there is literally zero traffic in front or behind the home. At night when it is very quiet and you are in bed, you can just (and I mean just) hear the traffic from the main road. Again this is one of the reasons I bought the house, you can't be centrally located and convenient for everything without being near a road. As soon as this negative review was published I called the family who are staying there at the moment, to check that everything was ok. They were surprised anyone would say these things they are perfectly happy and are enjoying their stay. In closing I have a long list of very happy former guests who I'm sure would be happy to talk to prospective guests and tell them the truth about our home.

Perfect location!

This location was centrally located between all the activities we had planned for the week. It was a short trip to Tampa for our daily activities, museums, amusement park, & zoo trips. Our evenings were spent at the beach in the opposite direction from the townhouse, so we were able to make a quick stop at the house to change, eat, and head to the beach. Nothing seemed too far from this adorable home! The extra special touches to the home included a thoughtful spaghetti dinner provided upon our arrival, puzzles, games and books for the family to play and read in the evenings, very clean and a well stocked kitchen including everything we needed to feel right at home during our stay. The owners were very responsive to any questions I had prior to the stay. We'll definitely stay here again when we're in the area!

We use a very reputable cleaning firm, who charge for cleaning based on how long they are at the house. Cleaning is typically $175.00, it really helps if you follow the request for linens upon your departure from our property. We ask that you please wash and start to dry the towels (you can leave them with the dryer running), on the morning of your departure, and remove all bed sheets and start the wash cycle. This helps us to keep the cleaning costs down. If our housekeeping team is required to wait for linens to dry, the cost of the cleaning increases and the amount that we are able refund to you decreases. We can provide you with a receipt showing our cost for the cleaning if requested.
Check in is at 4pm and Check out is at 10am, but if you have circumstances where you would like to arrive or leave at a different time, we will do our best to accommodate you as long as it doesn't interfere with another guest's reservation.
