Oceanfront Resort Condo For That Perfect Getaway On Kahana Beach!

Picture falling asleep to the sound of the surf and waking to a view of the island of Molokai from the comfort of your king sized bed. The spacious lanai provides the perfect spot for a romantic dinner or a sunset cocktail. Unlike many Maui condos, our unit is fully air-conditioned, however you will find that the natural breezes keep it quite cool.

With a fully renovated kitchen and bath, our unit provides a modern, comfortable retreat after a long day of sightseeing or beachgoing. We have spared no expense to equip our unit with all of the amenities you will need for a relaxing vacation and stocked the kitchen with every possible gadget for that gourmet meal. The kitchen boasts new cabinets, granite counters and stainless appliances. The artwork of renowned photographer Peter Lik and local artists adorns the walls. We have recently added a new La-Z-Boy twin sleeper chair to add accommodations for three and additional seating. The spa-like bath was retiled in an ultramodern style in Fall 2016 and is worthy of a high end resort.

When you are not out enjoying Maui’s attractions, you will find free WiFi, a high-definition cable TV and DVD/blue ray player.

The popular Royal Kahana resort in West Maui is situated right on the ocean in the quiet neighborhood of Kahana, 10 minutes north of the exciting town of Lahaina. The complex has numerous amenities, including a heated pool, gym, tennis courts, and a full time concierge. Snacks, smoothies and coffee drinks are available at the poolside cabana.

Cooler than Lahaina, and drier than Kapalua, Kahana provides a perfect base for exploring the island and easy access to town and to all of west Maui’s famous beaches. Within a few minutes walk you will find numerous restaurants and shops, with many others just a short drive away. The nearest full supermarket is within a 2 minute drive. Three days a week you will find fresh local produce, coffee and pastries at the nearby Honokowai farmers market.

About Todd Christenson

We first visited Maui in 2011. The island is a perfect counterpoint to our hectic lives in DC! In 2014 we were delighted at the opportunity to own this fantastic oceanfront unit. Fully renovated, with a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean and the island of Molokai, it was exactly what we were looking for. Since then, we've added some personal touches to make it our own.

Very nice property, well maintained, great view.

First time to Royal Kahana #302 . Great property, beautiful view from the lanai.

Clean, neat and updated. Everything you need to cook, do laundry or do nothing. Stocked with ever thing needed for the beach ( 5 minute walk away). We didn't use it, but the unit even has a paddleboard for guests use. Excellent location, with stores and food all within walking distance. Todd is a great host with lots of info to help you enjoy your stay. Would most definitely stay again.

Absolutely perfect

We stayed for 2 weeks in this perfect condo. It was all we needed. We had the perfect view and it was only a 5 minite walk to a beach. We had all the amenities we needed to make our own meals. Todd responded in a very timely manner and was very helpful. We will definitely be back and we will stay here for sure. Thank you for a wonderful vacation. It was absolutely amazing.

Todd's condo is clean , modern and spacious. Everything you need is there along with those little extras. We had a great view of the ocean from our balcony as well as a beautiful sunset. Todd is very easy to reach and responds quickly to any questions you have. We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect property for couples!

Todd is a wonderful host. He provides a wealth of information before arrival, and is VERY responsive and helpful. Any questions I had were addressed in a matter of a couple of minutes, every single time.

The property is extremely clean, and is a very nice and updated studio. We got some of our favorite pictures right off the lanai, which has a great view of the ocean and is perfect for watching the amazing sunsets.

The property is in a great location, almost everything you could need is extremely close. It is located especially well for visiting the numerous other beaches in the area, all within 10 minutes of driving.

We are more than pleased with our stay and are already making plans to return!!
