Beautiful open house, wrap around deck, minutes away from beach and forest. Owner was amazingly hospitable with yummy breakfast. Would totally stay here again.
I travelled here together with my wife and our 15m son we had a great stay thanks to Gini and the beautiful house she accommodates. We also appreciate all the great suggestions which made our stay even more pleasant!
We stayed at Oyster Shores while attending the Vancouver Island Music Festival. We stayed 5 nights, while the festival was only for 3 days. Extending our stay allowed us to check out some of the local area.
Oyster Shores is a fantastic accommodation, just steps away from the ocean. Gini is a great host, accommodating and friendly without being intrusive. Our breakfasts were delicious and filling making it so we only needed a mid day snack and dinner. The drive to the music festival was a bit more than we'd anticipated, but not onerous. The house is large and has great areas for visiting with your traveling companions as well as areas to escape to read a book and/or daydream on your own. We'd definitely stay again, thanks so much Gini!

Very nice house with great amounts of space away from it all. Close enough to country store, activities, lakes, beach, islands, fun places, etc. to keep you busy if you wanted. Hearty breakfast with a super friendly host. The house has a lovely back yard with a deck where you can stretch out in the sun or relax and read, or have a nice BBQ and evening dinner outside. If you are heading up to this area definitely check this B&B out :)
Had a wonderful time, the house was well equipped, the breakfasts great and the perfect weather did not hurt.
3 couples stayed at Oyster shores for 3 days.
Never having stayed in a B an B we found the experience delightful. The home is in a very peaceful, quiet, neighborhood. It was a very quick 2 minute walk down to the beach, beach is rocky but quiet, no one else around except the herons.
Gini our hostess lives on site in her own private residence, but we didn't see her until she arrived at a designated time, and prepared us a delicious breakfast! Perfect eggs Benedict, blueberry pancakes.
Gini offered suggestions as to what might interest us, then left to give us privacy, came back after we left, to clean up after us.
Immaculate, comfortable home, the price to stay was extremely reasonable especially since breakfast was included, and a holiday weekend!
We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again,
