It is a comfortable property with a complete equipment as well as the Internet connection and the check-out cleaning, both included.

It is turned towards the interior of the residence and, from the terrace, you have a view onto the swimming pool and well maintained gardens of this residential complex.

Salou is a seaside resort very developped in terms of tourism, about 100 kms South from Barcelona and 10 kms from Tarragona and its rich cultural patrimony, classified at the UNESCO.

You'll find there all kinds of tourist activities such as, for instance, water sports, children playgrounds, shops, restaurants of all kinds, excursions, etc.... and, above all, the famous Port Aventura theme park and the soon-to-open Ferrari Land.

Its typical golden sand, international culture and equipement for entertainment turned it into one of the most fashionable holiday places within Costa Dorada and Spain.

The tourist animated area is located northwards, ideal for young holiday makers and the urban centre, like a little village, stands Southwards – it's much appreciated by families.

There are about 8 beaches and creeks of fine golden sand, linked with one another thanks to the long Jaume I maritime promenade with its high pine trees, palm trees and fountains.

This is a family residential area, quieter, in the seaside resort yet with all kinds of facilities on the spot: supermarket, restaurants, bars, ice-cream makers, chemists, shops, etc ...

Salou is a very tourist seaside resort, about 100 kms South from Barcelonam where you'll find all kinds of activities and a total of 8 sand beaches and creeks. Salou makes available many children playgrounds all along the maritime promenade. Its beaches are fitted out with little bars, restaurants and the possibility to rent sun beds. 5 minutes from the Port Aventura theme park, one of the biggest in Europe.

10 minutes drive from Tarragona, classified Humanity Patrimony by the UNESCO for its Roman ruins and monuments (amphitheatrefacing the sea, archeological museum, etc...).
