Wonderful!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was close to every place we wanted to go and see (Hollywood Blvd, Santa Monica, Culver City, and more). The house was quiet and the beds were comfortable. The amenities in the home made things very enjoyable......change for the dryer, detergent, a list of restaurants and a list of places for ordering pizza. Two thumbs up!

Good central location.

Rudy, the owner, is great to deal with.

- tight parking space

- very nice patio

- good hair dryers and new appliances

- comfortable beds

- roomy home, despite size

- clean, cozy home

- needs a little more attention to detail, to bring it up to the next level

Wonderful property!

We had a family of 5 and this house was the perfect size for us. The house was well decorated and maintained. Except for the tight parking mentioned, we had no complaints. Beds were comfy, kitchen was better than ours at home, and bathrooms were great. Loved that little things like TP, paper towels, sponges were included along with some leftover non perishables from prior guests. Loved also that it had wifi, Roku and Netflix for evening movies while on vacation. We are from a little town, so we were nervous about an LA neighborhood, but this one seemed well kept and quiet and we had no issues. It was too cool to sit on the patio, but it was a highlight of the property and very private. House is very close to I10 or you can go up Highland to Hollywood Blvd. Very convenient to all we wanted to do. Excellent experience. Thanks!
