Very Clean

The little house was very clean ! When we got there I contacted the owner and asked if it would be okay to come in early. The cleaning lady had just finished and let us in! It's right in the middle of everything. We met the owner and he was a nice guy. The kitchen had some dishes available and condiments. The bathrooms had soap and towels. The wifi was fast. I could tell the owner took people's reviews into consideration. The parking was tight but he was working on it while we were there so that's nice. Overall I would take my family here again!

Very nice home/Good location

This centrally located home was everything we (meaning 3 women) needed it to be. We all felt safe coming back to the house late at night. The furnishings were adequate and the beds very comfortable after spending long days out. Also very nice to have a large enclosed patio. There was a hot tub that we thought about using to relax but wasn't sure if it had been cleaned recently. No central AC but enough window units to keep the house cool and comfortable. Rudy the owner was very accessible when we had a few questions. All 3 of us agreed we would definitely rent this home again!

Great house - great location

This LA home is in a great location - close to Hollywood, Santa Monica, downtown LA and the beach. The home is in a quiet location and has everything a family would need - the room sizes and furniture are very comfortable and there is a lovely patio to relax and enjoy coffee in the morning or dinner in the California sun. The owner, Rudy, is very accommodating and answers any questions quickly. We had a great time in LA and I highly recommend this property.
