Wonderful property!

We had a family of 5 and this house was the perfect size for us. The house was well decorated and maintained. Except for the tight parking mentioned, we had no complaints. Beds were comfy, kitchen was better than ours at home, and bathrooms were great. Loved that little things like TP, paper towels, sponges were included along with some leftover non perishables from prior guests. Loved also that it had wifi, Roku and Netflix for evening movies while on vacation. We are from a little town, so we were nervous about an LA neighborhood, but this one seemed well kept and quiet and we had no issues. It was too cool to sit on the patio, but it was a highlight of the property and very private. House is very close to I10 or you can go up Highland to Hollywood Blvd. Very convenient to all we wanted to do. Excellent experience. Thanks!

Well maintained house with a great value

Rudy, the owner, was great to work with! He responded right away to any questions or needs we had. The house was in a central location that was close to most areas. Very well maintained, loved the outside patio!

Great location

I really enjoyed my stayed! It was close to everything i wanted to do. I would recommend people to stay here. Just one thing need more room to park, other then that I loved it

Cute, charming, very clean home with great owner management

The home is adorable! It is very clean with comfortable beds and nice linens. I'm a linen snob and I was very happy with sheets. It is close to airport yet close to Universal Studios and shopping (which is nice because LA traffic is constant). We had 5 (2 were teenagers) in our party and there was plenty of space. The side patio is adorable and nice to have cocktails on cool summer evenings or coffee in the morning. I can't say enough nice things about owner Rudy. Such a hospitable and helpful host. He keeps home and yard immaculate and takes pride in its care. Price is very reasonable considering property condition, location and perks. Very professionally managed property.

Beautiful home and professionally managed

We were completely satisfied with our home base in LA for six nights. This was perfect for our family of four. The house was nicely decorated, well kept, clean and had all the little details thought of. Rudy, the owner, was excellent. He lives only a few minutes away and very promptly answered any questions we had. Our last day the city had to shut off the water on the street due to a pipe break. At first we didn't know what was happening and Rudy was there within minutes to sort it out. We had an excellent experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

One small downside was the parking. Very, very tight spot to get into if you have a bigger vehicle. We have a Grand Caravan and it was very tricky. I got better at it as the week went. Other than that minor detail, this place was fantastic!!
