Built on the slope of a hill, 3km away from the beautiful Tavronitis beach

Only 3.5 kilometers away from the beach and 15 minutes drive from the city of Chania, at the unspoiled Polemarhi village, you will find this beautiful stone – built villa. Villa Harmony is built on the slope of a hill, offering a captivating panoramic view of the majestic Lefka Ori (White Mountains), the green, covered by olive groves plain and the blue Cretan Sea.

Harmony villa is a classical 200 sq.m stone building, built on a private property of 2000 sq.m. In the two level garden there are the private pool (40sq.m) with an integral children's pool/jacuzzi, a shady area where the barbecue and a traditional stone oven are found and benches for moments of relaxation admiring the view and listening the sounds of the rural area. Around the pool there are sunbeds for those who love the sun and at the shady barbecue area and the big veranda there are tables and chairs for those who want to enjoy their meals and drinks away from the heat of the day.

The villa has two floors. At the ground floor, where is the main entrance, there is a spacious area where the fully equipped kitchen, the dining area and the sitting area are found. A fireplace is built in one corner, next to the large French door which opens to a big veranda with view of the bewitching landscape. At the same floor there are a guest wc and one twin and one double bedroom, both with en suite bathrooms and private balconies.

Stairs lead to the lower floor where an office area and two bedrooms are found. On the table of the office area there is a computer with internet access. One of the two bedrooms has three single beds, while the other has a double and a single bed and a fireplace in one corner. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and French doors leading to the lower level of the garden.

Polemarhi is a small, unspoiled village, built among olive groves and next to a pine forest. It is near the beach and nested at the cliffs of a hill, so it offers a magnificent view of the coastline at the north, the green countryside at the east and the mountain chain of Lefka Ori at the south. The nearest coastal village is Tavronitis, just 3km away from Polemarhi.

Tavronitis is built at the end of Tavronitis river, surrounded by olive trees, orange trees and vineyards. It is located between Maleme and Kolibari villages, 20km far from the city of Chania. The clean pebbly beach, bordered by trees and with several taverns by the sea is an easy short walk from the village centre.

The small village community has a bank, supermarket, bakery, grocery, coffee shops and taverns. A few more facilities are found at Kolimbari, a quiet calm village at the west, with long, open beaches excellent for swimming. At the east there is Maleme, another peaceful village with clear beaches.

We were very satisfied with the standard of the villa and the surrounding garden and pool area. The service was topclass with thorough cleaning and horseback riding was provided for the kids for no extra charge. The only small minus was that the rental car was empty on gas when recieved.

We will highly recommend your villas to our friends.
