Management did not help

First day we arrive found oven did not work told management and owner nothing done about it screening round pool ripped off third day one part done next day rest done on leaving could not sunbath outside or eat as infested with flys pool dirty on arrival sorted next day. We will never yous this villa again. We've been coming to kissimmee since year 2000 had no bother till now hope we can find another villa on bass lake for next year.

A little bit of paradise!

Loved the house and the pool was awesome! We found the carpet had a few stains … but that was no problem.. these people had a carpet cleaner and that carpet was as good as new after we cleaned it… we bought some carpet cleaning soap and it worked well. I would stay here again!

Great!

We stayed 4 nights and had a wonderful time. The property is close to parks/shopping/food etc.. It is placed right behind a local Walmart which is an added bonus. The house was clean, comfortable and the pool was great at the end of hot days. Owner was quick to communicate and resolved any issues promptly. My only criticism, which is a personal preference, is the house needs updated in decor and appliances. Overall, I would highly recommend for the cost and location.

Grass needed cutting and stains in carpet and toilet stopped up first day with nothing in it.

Overall it was decent. The neighbors from the other properties were putting their trash in the trash can on the property. Had plenty of space.

Nice place

Everything was good except for the pool . It was not cleaned . I called several time to complain and was promised same day, next day the next day . Final pool guy said some thing was wrong with pump. I think pump had to be ordered. We’ll by this time my husband and I left but my son and his girlfriend stayed another week. They never got to (or us ) to use the pool. It was a great location close to everything.
