Recently renovated finca decorated in a contemporary classic way an situated in the agricultural heart of the island, 5km from the charming coastal town of Santa Eulalia and 5km from the extremely quaint and popular village of Santa Gertrudis (and only 12 km from Ibiza town). The house is surrounded by olive trees and orange groves, and our tranquil neighbourhood is especially good for cycling, mountain biking, hiking, walking, pony trekking, sailing and swimming - we are a 15 minute car journey to the beautiful north and east coast beaches and to the yachting marinas of Santa Eulalia and we are situated next to the luxury spa Atzaro. Our nearest main road is locally referred to as restaurant road boasting some of the best restaurants the island has to offer, including the famous Bambudha Grove, Aura, Atzaro, La Paloma, and Balafia.

Private large swimming pool,barbecue, large terraces and porches fully furnished for chilling out . The perfect places for drinking coffee first thing in the morning as the sun comes up, or for eating a sumptuous meal as the sun goes down. Capacity: 8 persons

House with touristic license.

Tourist tax : 1,10 euros per adult/night (children under 16 exempt)

Great villa, fabulous pool!

Arturo maintaines a wonderful villa, with all the facilities you could need. The pool is fabulous, great for a refreshing morning swim.....or in fact anytime whilst sunbathing in your secluded villa heaven. We had a great two week holiday. I would strongly advise that a car is needed as the villa is off the main highway up a track but we couldnt fault it and thank Arturo for all of his assistance. Great holiday!

Een geweldig huis! Ruim, netjes en verzorgd. Alles ziet er net zo uit als op de foto's. Zwembad is heerlijk, schoon en goed onderhouden. Betoverende plek om je vakantie te vieren!

The villa is strategically situated in the centre of the island, permits an easy access to best beaches and restaurants and just 15 min drive to Ibiza Town.

It's 7 min from Sant Joan one of last original villages of Ibiza .In the village you will find an amazing supermarket with food from all over the world, a bakery and a butcher, pharmacy and three banks. The numerous restaurants and bars all have WiFi and you can buy all international newspapers plus a post office and the coolest bars and restaurants La Paloma, Bambuddah grooves, Aura, etc, are all within easy reach.

The finca is within a few minutes drive of twvve wide choice of restaurants, bars, shops and sandy beaches.
