About Wendy Llloyd Jones
Born, raised and educated in Bristol in UK I now live in a small village in the outskirts of the city. Married with 2 daughters both my husband and I work in Health Care fields. I holidayed in Mauritius in the year 2000 and fell in love with the country and the people, hence our investment in this little paradise. Designed and built to our specification the villa provides comfort, space, peace and tranquility with a touch of luxury. Kitted to a high standard it feels like home away from home which is reflected and supported by many of our guests reviews. And yes, my husband refers to Mauritius and the villa as his stress-busting therapeutic paradise!
Wendy Llloyd Jones purchased this Villa in 2002
Why Wendy Llloyd Jones chose Pereybere
Having chosen Mauritius to invest in, we intentionally built the villa some 10/15 minutes walking distance from the Beach. This decision was borne from experience gained in year 2000 when we stayed in a Beach villa. It then came to light that all the Beaches in Mauritius are public and the all-night parties were rather tiresome and a nuisance to say the least. We feel we have the best of both worlds! A short walking distance to the Beach yet far enough to provide peace and tranquility for a relaxing holiday.
What makes this Villa unique
- Peaceful area. - Private tropical gardens. - Big private swimming pool. - Large villa that engenders the wow-factor. - Views for miles from the balcony. - First class service.

Nice and tidy property
You will need a car as we found it difficult to get taxis, but other wise we had a very enjoyable time.
Car is an option and it is useful for going shopping, on trips and visiting many beaches which are to be found locally or farther afar.
Equally some of our clients do not hire cars and prefer to book Taxis or catch buses ( I am surprised this particular client found it difficult to get Taxis......this has never happened in the 20 years )
You don't even have to book a taxi yourself.....just ask our caretaker/manager and your transport will be booked however many times you want.
Oh, and I am here to facilitate with any query you may have. Please ask before or during your holiday.
Villa très propre et chambres très spacieuses. Environnement calme. Présence de Garcon et Bebe très appréciée et sont tjrs très disponible. Nous étions 5 femmes du Quebec et avons énormément apprécié la villa et son immense piscine. Nous reviendrons car le prix est très abordable comparé aux autres recherches faites. Milles merci a tous
Thanks for a lovely review from our Canadian group.

Wish we were still there!
We had a wonderful time at Pendene Villa over the Christmas period. It was large enough for all our needs, despite there being ten people in our group, including three couples and a family of three. All of the rooms are large and airy, and fitted with air conditioning, which was very welcome in the +30 temperatures!
Our holiday was also a family reunion, and the villa was the perfect place to congregate throughout the day. We spent many evenings on the patio, organising lunchtime barbeques and playing in the pool. In fact we spent so much time outside that we never really made use of the huge lounge / dining area, although some of the younger members of the group played video games.
The caretaker Garcon and his wife, Baby, were very helpful - particularly when it came to booking taxis, and his son very kindly gave us a lift into Pereybere one evening.
Wish we were still there!
