4 Lower Sunnyhill is a perfect base to set off to see the Ring of Kerry or day trip to Dingle. Basically its what we would like ourselves when traveling, clean, comfortable and well appointed throughout.

Sunnyhill has 2 floors and 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms upstairs and shower downstairs.

There is a large 'pot belly' stove in the sitting room for added comfort and warmth.

The kitchen is fully equipped, dishwasher, stove, microwave all the modern cons. A washer and dryer in the back utility room as well.

The 3 bedrooms are 1 queen, 1 double and 2 single beds.

'Downtown' Killarney is a 2 minute walk but everyone says we're in town. There is plenty of parking right outside the door. Plus off street private parking. So you can operate from here without a rental car.

Wonderful vibrant town center with the best of pubs featuring traditional music and pub grub. Great restaurants and shopping plus a cinema as well - everything is within walking distance. The train station and bus station are a 5 minute stroll.

Rent a bike and head to Killarney National Park, over 23,000 acres. Go walking up Torc Mountain or hiking up Carrantuohill (the highest peak in Ireland). Take in an afternoon at the Spa, whatever you feel like its pretty much here! Don't forget about all the Golf courses which are close-by also.

Comfortable family home that is centrally located

This property was perfect for our family's visit to Killarney. It was clean, comfortable, well stocked and concerned iently located to all that Killarney has to offer. Would definitely recommend to others and we hope to stay here again in the future as well.

Cozy rowhouse in the perfect location!

We really enjoyed our time at the row house- it was very clean, comfortable, and located less than 5 min walk from pretty much everything! The only issue we had was that the coffee pot was broken, and it didn't get replaced until the end of our stay. Tim was great- he made sure we had what we needed and provided great advice for the enjoying Killarney and Co. Kerry. I absolutely recommend 4 Sunnyhill lower to anyone looking to stay in Killarney!

Beautiful home in a perfect location!

This was the perfect place to stay for our trip to County Kerry. It allowed us very easy access to the Ring of Kerry, Killarney National Park, and Dingle peninsula (via Slea Head Drive). And, at night, we had a very, very short walk down to the main part of town where there were lots of great restaurants, cafes, pubs, and live music every night somewhere in town. And this was in January! I can't imagine what it would have been like in Summer. Thanks for a great stay!

Great property and location

we had an 8 day trip with 4 days of golf. Found this property on the internet liked the location center to our golf courses. Allowed us to have a home base. The pictures do not do the property justice. Nice short walk to downtown from our house. Tim the owner went out of his way to make our stay pleasant. I had needs before we arrived and Tim said he would accommodate us. I am sure he regretted that offer. I had golf balls shipped to him, concerned we may lose quite a few of them from the looks of the courses. And with the prediction of rain we ordered rain gear that was also delivered to him. I can't say enough nice about him. We met with him and found out that he use to live in the U.S. and that he opened and operates the Killarney Brewing Company. The only issue was that on the day of check out we were running behind schedule, Tim was helpful. If I ever have the chance to visit again I will. Thanks for the memories Tim

Fantastic location and great place!

This house was on a nice quiet street just a short walk from the main street in town. The town itself is a great location to see all of the sites in the area. The home was very clean and spacious. It was nice to have a laundry room as this was the towards the end of our trip. We were very happy with the accommodations. There were a bunch of lights that were not working which is the only thing that could have been better.

Tim was very helpful and communicated very well with us throughout our experience. There was a little mix up at the beginning as we didn't know the key was under a rock by the door. He was very helpful in giving us dinner and bar recommendations as well as tips for traveling the area. We made a point to try a beer from the brewery he is involved in and it's very good! Overall a great place and I would recommend it for anyone traveling in the area.
