Breathtaking scenery and multiple activities make Chamonix a perfect choice for your summer or winter holiday. For those who have been to Chamonix before, it needs no further introduction.

Situated within a completely renovated ‘Belle Epoque’ era building, this south-west facing spacious (58m²) apartment is in an ideal location with all amenities close by.

The 2 bedrooms comprise a double and a twin room with bunk beds and the option of a third fold-down bed. The spacious lounge/dining area is comfortably furnished and equipped with TV, HiFi & Bluetooth connectivity. The integrated kitchen is fully equipped including Bosch dishwasher and the fully tiled shower/bathroom includes a Siemens washing machine. WC is separate.

The 40m² private sunny terrace has stunning mountain views & high quality garden furniture for outside dining. Private parking is situated underground and a large private cellar is at your disposal for storing skis and other outdoor gear.

Please note the apartment sleeps a maximum of 4 adults so if your party size is 5 then at least one member would need to be a child.

Perfect location, right in the middle of everything. A cosy feeling of being at home away from home. Kitchen had it all. Great comfortable beds, even the kids fell asleep easily! This apartment has it all! Thank you for letting us use it.

Excellent location for apres ski and relaxing on terrace in afternoon sun

Well thought through apartment with all you need for a comfortable stay. Restaurant below has loud music until midnight on some days and noise from cleaning can go on until 01.00. Parking in basement makes fir easy and convenient access

Owner's Response: Paul, I'm pleased you returned to my apartment again this year but obviously I'm sorry to hear that you were bothered by the restaurant below. I have stayed in the apartment for two separate weeks this winter and thankfully haven't been disturbed other than to a minor degree. Amazing sun terrace . Handy grocer shop if you need anything. Great restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Worth trying outdoor heated pool in town centre . Fantastic when it's snowing

Excellent apartment and location

We spent three lovely days in Mark's apartment. The location is wonderful with breathtaking views from all sides from the large terrace. Located in the center of the action, you can walk anywhere in town. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. We are talking about returning in the winter to go skiing. Summer or winter, this apartment in Chamonix is a very special place!

Great place for family in Chamonix

We enjoyed a great stay at this beautiful apartment, very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, close to all shops and restaurants, train station, cable car.

Beautiful huge terrace overlooking the mountains and city centre.

Thanks to Mark who patiently answered all our questions and Ash who waited for us to check in and took the time to explain all that we needed to know for a great vacation!

We will definitely stay here again when we return to Chamonix!

Home from home

Starting with a warm welcome from the lovely Ashley, we had a fantastic week in this comfortable apartment.

It is so well equipped with really high quality furniture, linens, crockery and every possible kitchen utensil you'd ever need.

A really deep bath and buckets of hot water every day were very welcome after a long day's motorcycling over the alpine passes.

The apartment is really centrally located with bars,restaurants, tea shops, ice cream parlours and well stocked supermarkets all within a couple of hundred yards. Despite its central location the apartment was peaceful and relaxing. On Friday night the bar below got a little noisier than usual but it didn't last long and you can either close the very efficient double glazed windows or wear earplugs!

Sitting out on the huge terrace for lunch or dinner on sunny afternoon/evening was delightful. You are hardly overlooked at all and it's a great vantage point for watching the comings and goings in the street.

In my view this is the best apartment in Chamonix - if it's free on your dates snap it up.

Cosy apartment, great terrace

We must join the choir of praise for this place: outstanding location and atmosphere. Friendly contacts with local rep. Ashley and owner Mark. The apartment has a lot of charm with its high ceilings and beautiful windows and views. Pulling the curtains in the morning to find the sun hitting the highest peaks of the surrounding mountains wasn't hard to get used to. Chamonix is Chamonix and we see no reason to stay at another apartment or hotel while there. Thanks! /Johan with family

Chamonix, nestling at the foot of Mont Blanc the highest mountain in Western Europe, has an enviable alpine location. The cable car to the top of the Aiguile du Midi takes you to an altitude of 3800m in a matter of minutes, be it to start the descent of the world famous 'Vallé Blanche' ski run or simply to marvel at the view of Mont Blanc a further thousand meters above.

Apart from the 'Vallé Blanche', Chamonix offers skiing in 3 other major ski areas - Brevent/Flegere, Les Grands Montets and Domaine de Balme. Separate beginners areas are located throughout the valley. Summer visitors on the other hand are rewarded with multiple hiking trails or more adventurous persuits such as mountain biking, paragliding or mountaineering. The attractive town is also an attraction in itself, a shopper's paradise for clothes, food or outdoor gear. Restaurants are numerous and a cinema, swimming pool and ice rink are all within the town centre.
