This fabulous apartment is a great place to spend your vacation. ‘Les Doges’ is part of a larger private complex (Le Lido) in a gated residence set in a range of beautiful private gardens. ' Les Doges' consists of two of the smallest apartment blocks set in an 'L' shape around their own private pool.
The apartment has the advantage of a large, 20 square metres, sun-drenched terrace overlooking the pool and gardens with a glimpse of the sea beyond the trees. It is within easy walking distance of a range of restaurants, cafes, bars, shops and markets along the promenade, and the authentic little fishing port, beach cafe and restaurants are easily reached via an underpass from the residence.
There is a kitchen, lounge with Television, DVD player and WIFI internet, a double bedroom and bathroom with shower over bath, and a separate WC. The price includes all linen, towels/beach towels, heating, air conditioning, electricity and a full end-of-stay clean, plus a small welcome pack.

Each is the same size with the same view over the garden and pool but they each have a different character and layout.
Apartment B24 - (this one - ref #437652) has a separate Kitchen and Lounge and bedroom that can have two singles or a double bed.
Apartment B25 (next door - ref #809754) has an open plan lounge and kitchen. There is a double bed in the bedroom and two single day-beds in the lounge.
We spent two weeks in June-July 2011 and really appreciated this place. Beautiful flat, compact but very harmful, well equipped. Large terrace for dining, reading and relax. A lot of thanks to the neighbours - they got an assistance for me when i left the keys in lock inside and shut the door. The door was locked. It was sunday morning. I left all contacts inside. I think to have a big problem without them. Thanks!
Looking around: very good fruit and baker marketplaces close from Lido. A different restraunts in St.Laurent's port area. If you have a car it's easy to reach CAP3000 mall.
Sea: beautyful. Pebble beach and clean water. best place - seaside of marina. If you like watersport - It's Ecole de Voile school in front of Lido. Windsurfing, catamaran possible.
Culture, seesighting: Your stay in heart of Cote d'Azur. Cagnes - Grimaldi castle, Renoir museum. Nice with Matiss, Shagall museums, Roman architects. Antibes: old town, Picasso museum. Cannes: Croisette walking, old town. Cap Ferrat - amazement Villa Ephrussi-Rotschild. Monaco - no comments. Special advice: oceanography museium. Nature: Alps. Climbing. Verdon canyon.

We returned this year for our second stay at this apartment and were just as pleased as when we made our first visit. The apartment is faultlessly prepared and cleaned by the local agent and has a very comfortable ambience. The view from the balcony over the grounds and swimming pool with a glimpse of the sea is magnificent. Its great to be able to either have a quiet stroll along the nearby promenade or take the economical and efficient public transport system into more lively places such as Nice or Cannes. Highly recommended for couples.
We spent a week at the beginning of May in this apartment and had a really relaxing holiday. Everything was just as described, near to restaurants and beach. Close to shops and transport links. Marion and Sheila communicated with us very well, and Sheila was most helpful on arrival and departure. I would recommend this apartment as we really enjoyed our week there. We visited St Paul de Vance which was really lovely, but didn't go far as we enjoyed relaxing locally, watching boules matches and walking around the area. We will definately be back.
My family and I had a wonderful 10 day stay in this lovely apartment back in Sept 2010. It was perfect for our needs, the location was fantastic and minutes away from the sea and the town. Security for our young kids (all under 5) was paramount and with the 'steel doors' (yes no kidding!!) and automated roller shutters at night the place was pretty secure to say the least!! A baby cot was provided which made putting our baby girl to bed a breeze. All the kit you would need to cook was available. The complex itself was very charming with the ground very well maintained. The pool, which was great for the kids, was over looked by the apartment (very handy when lunch was ready to give them a nod!). Marion was great to deal with prior to our trip, minimising the stress one would expect in arranging a family holiday such as this. Sheila was also a great help during our stay and full of local knowledge.
This apartment made our vacation a wonderful getaway for our family, I would recommend it to anyone. Looking forward to returning ourselves.
(You have to take to 4 wheeler bike out along the prom' some evening!!! Great fun).

We had a thoroughly enjoyable week at 'Les Doges'. The weather was fantastic and we really enjoyed having almost sole use of the lovely swimming pool. All the facilities were exactly as described, very clean and well maintained. It was great to have such a large balcony with a view over the pool and gardens, it was extremely peaceful and relaxing.
The location was exellent, close to the beach, shops, restaurants, promenade and public transport.
The owner Marion and her agent Sheila were great to deal with, very helpful and friendly. We loved the area, and there are so many other places we would like to visit, so we hope to return in the not too distant future.
Me and my partner stayed in the apartment for one week. We are young couple who wanted to get away from everything but at the same time to have some fun. And we found it everything there. The location, the apartment and the views were wonderfull. I enjoyed swiming pool while my partner could accsses internet on the terace and do his work.
Everything what was promised, it was there. All the restaurants and other atractions like water sports etc., train station, bus stop and shops were minutes walking distance.
We were really happy with her agent Sheila, as she showed as everything and explained what we needed to know.
We would definetly recomend property to everyone, who wants to see beautiful South of France.
And I hope we would come back for another stay soon.

An additional charge of 75 Euros per person per week is made to cover additional laundry, cleaning, etc.
A deposit of 25% of the total cost of your holiday secures your booking. The balance of your payment is due 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. We accept payment by bank transfer to our French bank account.
