Welcome to Cascade Village Resort and welcome to our beautiful three bedroom, three bathroom, luxury condominium located 2 miles North of Purgatory Ski Resort.

Cascade Village is nestled under the beautiful Needles Peaks and offers spectacular views of Engineer Mountain and the San Juan Mountains. Located just 2 miles north of Purgatory Ski Resort, 20 miles south of Silverton, and 30 miles north of Durango, Cascade Village is the perfect location for fun year round.

This luxury condominium is a perfect place to make some great family memories. The unit features a large living space, ready to cook in kitchen, and awesome views of the Engineer Mountain. Free Wi-Fi is included!

Great location. Had everything.

Located perfectly for us as we roamed from Vallecito Reservoir, to Telluride, to Durango, to Ouray. Worked great for four adults. Condo had everything we needed. Enjoyed the fireplace on rain days and hot tub was great after hiking in the Weminuche.

Absolutely Perfect

My wife and our adult children take a family vacation every year somewhere in the United States. We chose Southwest Colorado this year and stayed at this property as it has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The property was immaculate and every detail was thought of. Definitely the nicest place we have stayed especially for the price. They even have covered parking for our motorcycles. Away from the hustle and bustle of town, but close enough that its a short ride to get there. I recommend it highly.

Great Scenic Stay

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Cascade Village. We enjoyed walking around the property. The Condo was clean and well-maintained and the description was accurate. We would definitely recommend this property to others. This is a great location to start from to go to Durango, Silverton, Ouray and Lake City. We ate at Serious Texas BBG twice. Also ate at Handlebars and Brown Bear cafe in Silverton.

The garage parking was super convenient right in front of the door leading up the condo. It was very quiet and peaceful during our week stay and the mountain view was beautiful.

Beautiful, spacious property

I would definitely stay here again. The home was well decorated and comfortable. Other things we liked: plenty of blankets to cover up with on the couches, well supplied kitchen even with a pizza stone, comfortable beds, washer & dryer with detergent pods, tvs in all bedrooms, marked hiking trails starting at resort, parking garage under unit was convenient, each bedroom had its own bathroom, right in the middle of Durango and Silverton.

Wonderful experience

Our family vacation couldn't have been better! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and with three bedrooms and bathrooms it accompanied our family of eight very nicely. The property was accurately described and it was also clean and well-maintained. What's not to like when it has five televisions, a helpful notebook with suggested activities for the area and a word search book. We took advantage of the swimming pool, pool table, darts and hiking trails on the property. We would definitely recommend this property to others. We ate at SKA Brewing Company and Serious Texas BBQ and had very enjoyable meals.

Great stay in scenic location

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay at Cascade Village. The condo was very spacious which allowed us to gather together in the living and dining rooms or enjoy separate activities in the loft or bedrooms.

The garage parking was super convenient right in front of the door leading up the condo. It was very quiet and peaceful during our 4 night stay and the mountain view was beautiful.

As others indicate, Durango is about a 30 minute drive, but it's very scenic.

CANCELLATIONS - A fourteen day notice is required for cancellation.
