This is a 2 bedroomed semi detached villa, with 2 ensuite bathrooms upstairs and a further cloakroom downstairs.It is fully air conditioned with additional fans along with flyscreens to allow fresh air to circulate.There is a gated garden with parking area and a private swimming pool.

This is a superior, modern property in an excellent location on the outskirts of Coral Bay, in the village of Peyia.

The villa is a few minutes walk to a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and local tavernas.

The village centre is an approximate 15 minute walk where more shops and restaurants can be found, including a butchers and a fresh fish store. The nearby, picturesque Paphos harbour is an idyllic venue in which to enjoy local fish and Cypriot meze or take part in the many marine and historical excursions on offer.

A few minutes drive leads to the popular and sought after resort of Coral Bay, which has a wealth of quality amenities and beaches for the discerning holidaymaker.

Additional services: Car Hire is available locally & can be arranged prior to your holiday. A meet & greet service is available from Paphos airport to take you directly to the Villa (additional charge).

Enjoyed our recent break in this lovely villa in a peaceful location. Villa is well equipped for everything you may need during your stay. A visit to the bakery is a must and the staff there are so helpful and friendly. We hired a car which was helpful on the overcast days but made the most of the hot sunnier days and spent them lazing on the beach. Kids loved the swimming pool! Thanks again, would recommend your Villa and would book with you again. Very helpful information given by Keith and Alison and directions from the airport was spot on.

What a wonderful stay at this stunning villa!

We had a fabulous stay in this villa. The facilities, location and its ample private grounds were just a described, if not more so. Perfect location for exploring, we hired a car but there are a few friendly bars and restaurants close enough if you fancied a short stroll. The property was spotless, extremely comfortable and very well looked after. Keith made our booking and stay so simple... nothing was too much trouble. I’ve already asked Keith to pencil me in for next year and have been recommended to family and friends at every opportunity! Can’t wait to come back!!

Fantastic holiday

Have just spent a fortnight in this wonderful villa, ideally situated within 5min level walk of supermarket/bakery, 3 bars , chemist and various takeaways. Good sized pool for this type of accommodation with pleasant views and reasonably well secluded and private. Everything was as advertised and we are already planning our next visit. Keith and Allison were incredibly helpful and responsive to all enquiries.

Amazing holiday

Myself and my husband came away to relax, and staying at this villa gave us the opportunity to do that. Keith and Alison have been contactable and helpful from the minute we booked and we wish to return next year.

It had everything that you could need or want, the villa itself was outstanding comfortable beds, with air conditioning in all rooms , however not needed as we could leave Windows and doors open with fly screens on them all, meaning no worries about bugs or pests getting in. It was handy having hairdryer, iron etc so less for me to pack. The lounge area had comfortable sofas, U.K. TV all channels so handy if you want a night in. The outside area was fantastic, lovely pool, plenty of comfortable sun beds, and an area to sit and eat if you wished to do so. There is a lemon and orange tree in garden which was handy for gin and tonics on the Terace.

the villa is in a quiet cup de sac, where it appears some of the neighbours live out there, they are polite and friendly when you see them.

Diana after our first week arrived with fresh towels and bed linen which was handy, however there is a washing machine in kitchen if you wish to wash them more regular. She is contactable by phone if need any help.

At the end of the road (2min walk) there is a farmers market (currently being refurbed) a fantastic bakery/ mini market open 6am till11pm, sells a wide range of bread products and cakes, Apple pie is amazing!! There is the brewery bar which I wasn't particularly a fan of ( a bit clicky) you also had Haris bar very reasonably priced, cheap cocktails, friendly staff that go out there way. It has entertainment at weekend. There is also a fish and chip shop which we tried and they were delicious. There is a Chinese, and Indian, pharmacy and medical centre all in walking distance.

We hired a car while out there, coral bay is five mins down the road if that, and tomb of the kings road about 15 mins away. If you go to tomb of the kings road two places to eat that are outstanding for food, and price are Gustoso (huge portions, well priced , amazing service) and the three little pigs ( delicious food and cheap).

This was with out a doubt the most relaxing holiday we have ever had!!!

Had a lovely week here, the villa is fantastic. All clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay.

Would recommend. Owner also arranged airport transfers for us which were very good.

Fabulous villa in quiet location

We loved the villa and the pool. All very modern and clean. It really helped when we arrived that we had a list of recommended places to eat from Keith and Alison. All restaurants we ate in had friendly staff and served delicious food - we would definitely recommend a car, although we got a cab to Coral Bay a few times (8 Euros). Definitely recommend the Japanese Restaurant there - Samisen (fantastic entertainment and food) and Corallo (traditional Cypriot cuisine). Also 2 local minimarkets and a bakery within walking distance and a great bar with live entertainment - The Brewery Bar. We had a super holiday and would love to go back to this particular villa - thank you Keith & Alison!

Peyia (Pegeia) Village, is one of the most attractive and friendly villages in south-west Cyprus. It enjoys the advantages of both a quiet rural location, and glorious views of the sparkling Mediterranean and the surrounding countryside. Pegeia is ideally situated and is an excellent base to explore this fantastic region of Cyprus. The village has a good selection of amenities with a number of shops,tavernas & bars to suit all tastes. A 20 minute drive will take you into the charming harbour town of Paphos offering a complete range of attractions from archaeological treasures to cosmopolitan shops, bars & restaurants.Closer still at only only a five minute drive is the wonderful beach and resort area of Coral Bay where there are also shops, bars, cafés and restaurants. Car hire and daily excursions can be sourced from here.

If it's total peace & tranquility you want, there are numerous villages within a short drive such as Kathikas where a warm Cypriot welcome is always guaranteed.
