Will definitely stay here again. Told owner we would be snowmobiling and she left a hand drawn map on how to access trails which saved alot of time searching for it. Absolutely loved the river running beside the house!
Plenty of sleeping space and fully equipped kitchen was nice. Found our new winter getaway.
1, The rooms are very clean and very big (for a group of 8 to 10 people)
2, This house is not far from the ski areas (wildcat/attitash etc.), around 30-40 min.
3, The house owner is super helpful.
I would definitely recommend this house and book it again in the future when skiing at wildcat.
We had 6 guys 6 snowmobiles 2 trucks with trailers and had room for it all! Loved the house! It definitely has character on the inside. Very clean and comfortable. A little warm due to a faulty thermostat but opening a window was fine especially with the sound of the river flowing right next to us! Snowmobile trail was a half of a mile right up Paris road and was very easy to find the house by trail. We will definitely be back!
Myself and 9 of my friends went up to stay at the vinyards home for two nights for New Years weekend. We loved the river that ran right next to the house, such a nice view when waking up in the morning!
Upon arrival the home was clean and tidy. Plenty of room for all of us. Beds were very comfortable and we felt relaxed.
They have a nice grill on the deck if you want to do some grilling.
Tv setup was outdated so you can't watch a DVD at night if you'd want, but besides that all of us loved staying here.
Highly recommend for large groups and small groups alike. Northern New Hampshire is beautiful and it was great place to stay to enjoy it in!
Thank you very much Diane
It's one of a kind location. Mesmerizing. Definitely coming back for longer stay.
Great location in northern NH. Close to hunting, hiking, fishing and snowmobiling. Location next to Philips Brooke is wonderful. Listening to the water. I would imagine the summer months would be peaceful on the deck. There is only one bathroom, not really attached or near the bedrooms.
Located on beautiful Phillips Brook with lots of hunting and fishing access. This renovated barn is within minutes of South Pond recreational area, Christine Lake or Jericho Lake. Climb Percy Peaks or drive 50 minutes south to Pinkham Notch and Mt. Washington.
Access to snowmobile trail system from front door. And now we can offer ATV access from front door!
