**All guests must pay Electric Fee or Utilities Charge equal to the amount of electricity used during your stay (according to entry & exit meter readings) multiplied by the normal Sevillana-Endesa billing rate. This fee will be deducted from your deposit when you check-out. If you don’t use pool heating, we estimate this fee to be 20€-30€ per week; if you use pool heating it could be 60€-100€ per week. **During the cold winter months November to March, we do NOT guarantee that the swimming-pool will heat up to a warm temperature.
