This unique 4-bedroom detached seafront villa has a huge private pool and an unbeatable location with the Mediterranean beach as the back garden!

This villa could not be located any closer to the Mediterranean with direct access from the garden straight on to the beautiful wide sandy beaches and blue flag waters of the Vera / Palomares coast.

The villa is set in its own private grounds with a large rear garden and an enormous swimming pool with a fabulous beach views. It is part of a small community of villas with only 5 properties like this one that enjoy direct access onto the beach.

This spacious property is set over 3 floors with incredible terraces on every level. The ground floor consists of a large open plan lounge / diner with both areas having seating for at least 6 people. The lounge is an “L” shape with 2 double patio doors that lead on to the fantastic rear decked terrace overlooking the pool and beach. The lounge comes with English TV, DVD player and wifi.

Also on the ground floor is the fully fitted kitchen equipped with all of the conveniences from home, a twin bedroom and a full bathroom.

The 1st floor has 2 further twin bedrooms. They are both tastefully furnished and have en suite bathrooms. The larger twin room is the master bedroom with double patio doors that lead out to a large spectacular and private terrace overlooking the pool and beach.

The fourth bedroom is situated in the basement and contains

a Double bed and a sofa bed.

An internal staircase from the 1st floor leads up to the breathtaking roof terrace with some of the best views in the whole area! Truly amazing!

This property really comes in to its own with its stunning garden pool area. The terrace from the lounge is a large raised deck with table & chairs for outside dining for 6 people and also a separate relaxing seating area to take in the marvellous views. The deck is covered by a fully retractable sun shade – perfect for when you need a siesta from the hot Spanish sun.

The decked terrace leads down to the stunning pool and garden. The oversized pool is a massive 11m x 6 m and is perfect for the whole family to enjoy at the same time. There is a large tiled area around the pool with ample space for everyone to lounge and sunbathe as you take in the beautiful setting.

The pool and sunbathing area is surrounded by a beautiful gravelled garden that’s planted with tropical plants and cacti. A unique, modern wooden-beamed sculpture adds to the stylish setting. Then, only 10 meters from the end of the pool, is your fenced/gated access to the fine soft sand of the Mediterranean.

On the beach within easy walking distance you will find 3 beach bars / restaurants – perfect for drinking and dining without needing to get in the car.

At the front of the property is a gated driveway with space for 3 vehicles.

A menu is available at the Villa where the rental guests make their choice and appointment with the Chef

The rental guests supply the food & ingredients and the Chief will come at the agreed time and prepare Serve & clean up. The cost for this Service is 75 euro for up to 12 people

A list of ingredients for each meal on the menu is available in order to make it simple to have everything ready before the Chef arrives.

The Chef can also purchase the Food/ingredients at a cost of 15 Euro + the cost of the items.

Great family holiday.

Villa is perfect for a large family, plenty of room to spread out and lots of outdoor space. Great location on the beach and great to be able to come back shower off and jump in the large pool without going inside. Villa and pool was nice and clean and from moment we arrived Eddie made us welcome and couldn’t do enough for us. Everyone had a great time we tried the local horse riding and rented paddle surf boards down the beach. Local restaurants all served tasty food and just short further walk to more choices. Hired the chef for the night and he came in to cook us a lovely bbq wasn’t much more expensive than eating out and was a nice treat. Spent the evenings at the bottom of the garden listening to the waves in the moonlight. Perfect place to relax.

All in all a perfect week away in a perfect location with a host nearby who certainly does his best to ensure you have a great time. Thanks Eddie hope to see you again.

Fantastic villa with unbeatable location

We were all excited for this holiday and it most definitely excelled all our expectations. The villa was fantastic , it was equipped with everything you would need and more, and to a very high standard. It had a very homely feel to it which made it perfect to relax in. The pool was the star of the show, we spent many happy hours in here, at tines all six of us, there was plenty room for more. It was exceptionally clean and was serviced during our stay.

The location was idyllic, literally a gate onto an immaculate, beautiful family orietated beach.

We loved the area, it had all the amenities you need but retained its Spanish charm.

We hired a car for the week so managed to do a little sightseeing, to Villaricos, Mojácar and the aqua park. Would recommend all these places of interest.

Eddie and his family made us feel very welcome and were very attentive, nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely return, which is something I have never done before. Thank you for a perfect holiday

Beach front line villa with great pool

Detached, attractive villa with excellent pool and a gate onto a wide sweeping sandy beach. 3 close by but not intrusive chiringuitos ( beach bars); very short drives to shops, fishing villages with street markets and of course visits to Mojacar - unique; children and adults all want to go back. Thanks Eddie for being so helpful without being fussy. So what's not to like?

Paradise!

We have just returned from our annual family holiday and without a doubt will be returning again next year, this time for 2 weeks which is a first for my husband as normally he only likes to holiday for 10 days. Also the year after we plan to return for an adults holiday to celebrate my 50th! It's hard to know where to start, the villa was amazing in all aspects and far exceeded even my high hopes and expectations. Location right on the beach, the swimming pool is fabulous and cleaned every few days. Our teenage daughter and son (14 & 17) enjoyed their own privacy with a bathroom each, brand new gas BBQ which we enjoyed christening often during our stay!

Eddie is such a great guy and nothing was too much trouble, even taking us out in his jeep to go and book car hire the morning after our arrival and organising for his maintenance guy/friend to pick us from the airport on arrival. Eddie gave us some great info about the area and even lent the kids (which includes my hubby) his sea kayak which they really enjoyed. Horse riding on the beach was another fun activity we enjoyed.

There are 3 beach bars within a few minutes walk and all serve great food for both lunch and dinner. Another great find is Lua Restaurant just 15 minutes walk away. 2 supermarkets with fantastic fresh fish counters etc are easily reached within a few minutes by car.

My husband also hired a push bike and was out every morning pedalling hard and investigating the local towns for us all to visit.

We feel that we have truly found our kind of paradise and just didn't want to leave! We are away again next week to celebrate our Silver Wedding Anniversary in a hotel in Majorca, to say we wish we were returning to this villa is an understatement. This place can be whatever you want it to be, a family holiday, an adults holiday and would be such a great romantic holiday for 2! It's magical and we cannot wait to go back!

Muy bonita casa No faltaba de nada

Una casa maravillosa en un entorno paradisíaco. Todo un lujo salir de la casa y estar en la playa Eddie y Raymond muy amables Los echaré de menos Mis dos gatitos se lo han pasado fenomenal recorriendo el jardín por las noches Muchísima pena al irnos de la casa El año que viene,repetiremos Eddie,guárdame la casa para agosto No faltaba de nada en la casa: libros,tumbonas,sillas para la playa,colchón para la piscina... de todo Muchísima pena al irme La verdad es que me encantaría comprarme una casa así La habitación con terraza... uf! una maravilla Abres la puerta y desde la cama ves el mar y te llega el olor a sal y el sonido de las olas....
