About this property

The apartment lies in one of the neatest areas of Florence downtown, called Oltrarno, in a neighborhood with lots of restaurants, arts and crafts shops and walking distance to all the major monuments and churches.
What makes it unique and stunning is the specific location, waterfront, along the Arno river and with an incredible view of the Ponte Vecchio, just a few meters away. All the living areas, including the dining room face the river and the "Ponte Vecchio" while the bedrooms are on the other side of the apartment.
There are 2 double bedrooms and a single bedroom, each with its own bathroom, all with shower. There is air conditioning in the living room and 2 bedrooms. There is a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and sink.
All utilities are included in the rental fee, the only extra fee to pay at check-in in cash is the tourist tax which is 5,50 euro per person per night up to 7 days.
At check-in I will also need to collect/photograph all guests passports.

A room with a view

We had been to Florence several times before , but always stayed on the other side. Oltrarno is a great area , full of life , good restaurants etc. This apartment is fantastic- a lovely haven after a hot day of sightseeing. Fillipo was an excellent host , and was waiting after a delayed flight and late check in. Was friendly and helpful. There were 3 of us , so we all had our own room AND bathroom. Perfect. We would definitely stay here again

Excellent location

Well equipped property, very comfortable beds, the aircon was not brilliant, but it was a terribly hot period, so understandable. Host was very responsive and the location looking over the Arno with such a short stroll to the Ponte Vecchio and everything else you could want to see in Florence was perfect.

Fabulous apartment in a great location

The apartment had absolutely stunning views onto the Ponte Vecchio and is a stones throw from the fantastic nightlife that Florence has to offer. The apartment is really well furnished and kitted out with everything you would need for a self catering holiday. If you're a light sleeper you may want to avoid sleeping in one of the front rooms as it can be pretty noisy at night but if you've walked as much as we have, you'll sleep like a log!! Filippo was lovely, so helpful and accommodating. I absolutely will be back again, it was an incredible holiday.

What makes this property unique

The main reason why this apartment is unique is its location and its views. You will have the feeling of "touching" the Ponte Vecchio with your own hands being so near. You will forget about needing a car and you can enjoy walking around Florence with literally everything in just 20 minutes walk, all monuments, all museums, the best restaurants and the train station.
