Isaac and Christina are working professionals, Isaac in real estate and Christina in publishing. We have a daughter, Jade, who was born eight days before we purchased the building, and a son named Miles. Both Isaac and Jade were born in NYC, and Christina has called NYC home since 1991 when she came to the city to attend FIT.

My daughter, granddaughter and I just got back from spending a week at this lovely apartment. The owners were attentive, quick to respond and the place was immaculate with plenty of room. It is located close to the subway and accessible to anything you want! We walked to the market a block away to purchase food and found a drug store a half a block a way. It was quiet with a neighborhood atmosphere. I loved the fact that we could send out laundry easily and no charge to us. I highly recommend this apartment and look forward to staying there again. We made lots of great memories in NYC!
The apartment was perfect and owners so nice. They went out of their way to make a pack and play and highchair available, which was huge to not have to worry carting that onto the train. Apartment was so spacious with super high ceilings and tons of light, the bedrooms were a very nice size and the bed was super comfy. Very clean - there were 5 of us and one child and plenty of space to move around in. Having the half bathroom was huge! It makes such a big difference to have a nice communal living room to come back to after a long day walking around the city. Location can't be beat - a few blocks from union square and a few blocks to the east village and some of the best ethnic restaurants. Literally right around the corner from a mini mart, and the awaiting carafes of water in the fridge were a wonderful touch. The subway was just a block or so down the street, and union square had all the stops you can want. Quiet street, noise not bad at all. Will definitely be coming back here. Thanks so much!!
I recently stayed at the East Village Townhouse in New York City for a long weekend with my husband and a few friends. When I first booked the property, I was nervous because I did not know what to expect. And although the pictures in the website looked great, I was still unsure! However, upon arrival, all my fears dissipated the moment I walked into the apartment. We were all so pleasantly surprised: the place was even better than what the pictures showed!! It was comfy, large, super clean, well-kept, had a great shower, plenty of room for all of us (6); lots of blankets and other linens. The kitchen- in case you don't want to spend too much money by going out to eat-is well equipped with everything (microwave, coffee maker, pots, pans, glasses, dishes, cutlery, etc). There is a wide screen T.V, books and more!
The location of the apartment cannot be beat! The street itself is quiet, but still right in the middle of the action on both ends of the street. The place is conveniently located very close to Union Sq., movie theaters, great restaurants, bars and other attractions.
The owners are friendly, flexible and super helpful! They always responded very quickly to all of my emails and questions prior to arrival. They also have a very thorough and helpful guide at the apartment full with recommendations on restaurants, bars, parks, etc. Payment was also handled very smoothly (total piece of mind in this regard!).
I would definitely recommend the apartment in the East Village to anyone seeking to spend a few days in New York and wanting to experience the city as a local! I will definitely be coming back to New York and hopefully will be able to stay at the East Village Townhouse!!
