The villa is decorated in the Provençal style and is bright and very comfortable, light and airy and is air-conditioned on the ground floor, [fans on upper floor]. The accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms and a family
bathroom on the first floor; the master double with en-suite shower room and a balcony and the other room has 2 single beds. On ground floor, an open - plan lounge /dining area, fully fitted kitchen and visitors - WC on the
ground floor. The villa also has a large terrace with teak furniture facing south onto the garden and benefits from the sun all day long. If you need to cool off, Riviera Park's 16 mt pool is just 25m from the front door. Alternatively a 10 min stroll will bring you to the beautiful Mediterranean for a refreshing swim! The terrace is the perfect spot for al fresco lunches, sunbathing or a lazy dinner under the night sky!
The house is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, iron, hair-dryer and BBQ ,
My stay at Riviera Park, Juan Les Pins was unforgettable; when I first met the owners I was very hopeful that it would be as lovely as the listing. But to my surprise it was even more delightful.
The owner has a person who met us on the first day and dropped by periodically to see if everything is good.
Very secure, very clean, a well stocked linen closet, very well equipped, great outdoor patio, beautiful big swimming pool, grounds beautifully manicured. A short walk to good restaurants and to the beautiful Mediterranean Beach. Very relaxing, we had most of our meals on the patio; I will definitely go back again.

My self and my wife who are both young at heart newly pensioners had a most wonderful three week holiday here in September 2009. Beautiful private setting within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and the beach. The villa is very tastefully decorated, bright and cheerful and exceptionally comfortable. Large terrace with sunshine throughout the day. We would highly recommend this as an ideal base for touring the beautiful Cote d'Azur.
When we pulled up in our rental car, we knew that this would be a great vacation. The apartment was set in splendid grounds with beautifully manicured gardens. The apartment was bright, spacious, and very comfortable. It was beautifully decorated in provencal style and made us feel at home instantly.
Besides all its conveniences, it was also perfectly located in a quiet part of the town but less than 5 minutes walk from all the stores, train station etc. we did not even have to move the rental car once as we were able to discover the south of France by local trains which were very convenient and very cheap. The apartment had the most perfect large terrace overlooking the garden and we spent hours there sunning, having coffee in the morning or having lunches and dinners.
It was simply a perfect retreat for discovering the beauty of the south of France and we would highly recommend it to anyone planning a vacation there.

Quiet and safe, with it's own pool and parking, this perfect holiday retreat is just a 5 minute walk to the shops, cafes and the famous Juan Les Pins beaches. This excellent location means that the old town of Antibes is within walking distance, its warren of cobbled streets, art galleries, boutiques, the Provencal Market, Picasso Museum, waiting to be explored. Cannes, Nice, Monte Carlo are all readily accessible by train (Juan station is just 10 min from villa).You can also venture further afield to St Paul, an amazing citadel town which must be seen or the famous Matisse Chapel nearby in Vence. The home of Perfumery is also within reach in Grasse.
