An amazing and cozy flat in the heart of Sloane Square
This space would be perfect for anyone who wants an unforgettable London experience. With lots of natural light and space, beautiful and airy rooms, elegantly decorated, this 100 sqm duplex style flat would be great for a couple, a family, or a small group of friends.
The master room has a king size bed (1.5 m x 2 m) and plenty of wardrobe space. The second bedroom has a queen size bed ( 1.35 mx 2 m) with a mirrored armoire. Every room in the flat, including main bathroom has exterior windows or skylights, which makes it very bright and spacious.
The kitchen has all the appliances needed for your stay ( Bosch washer/dryer/Neff dishwasher/oven/microwave/fridge...)and a two seater high bar breakfast table.
The living room has very high ceilings and two alcove style windows and a fireplace ( non operational ) which makes it very comfortable and welcoming with styling decor details in the library shelves. Although it is round the corner of the busy and trendy Kings Road area, you will find it is extremely quiet, facing the back of the flat to an open space where you will be able to enjoy in the evenings the beautiful sunsets over the magnificent London skyline.
It is also within walking distance of Hyde Park, and many museums and landmark buildings: Victoria & Albert, Natural History and Science - take your pick! and also of the great shopping and entertaining areas, Kings road (and even weekend farmers markets of Duke of York park), Knightsbridge, South Kensington and Harrods.
Guests will have access to the entire flat. The walking entrance (THERE IS NO LIFT) is on the second floor of this beautiful and typical Chelsea and Kensington Building in this prime London location. As you open the door on the second floor, you will find a few steps up of this duplex style flat. Walking wise it is like a third floor overall.
Interaction with guests
I will be always available on the phone for any questions or help. My aim is that you feel like in your own home, giving you a special and dedicated time and space full of light, tranquility, care and detail.
Smirking along the banks of the Thames, pomp and circumstance precedes Chelsea’s bohemian-turned-businessman reputation. Influential bands like The Beatles and The Rolling Stones lent their stardom to Chelsea during the 60s. The neighborhood’s Swinging London era fame has abated, and its cadre of punks and hippies has grown into sleek-suited business people stepping out of chic town homes. The top high end shopping and entertainment area of restaurants, and coffee places has grown very much in the last years, making it a must see destination and trendy place for many tourists and locals alike.
The flat is just a couple of minutes walk from Sloane Square Underground, and South Kensington station as well as many buses and taxis alike. There are car parking spaces on the street level ( with tickets) and some public parkings ( ask for details). Unbeatable location!

Lovely property in an excellent location.
Wish we had more time to enjoy the aprtment, its so central we were out and about enjoying London most of the time. Look forward to coming back.
Thank you for your comments. I am so happy that you enjoyed the flat , the surrounding and London. Thank you for taking care of it so well. I look forward to hosting you again at any time! Belen
Nice and clean in Chelsea
The best thing is that the 1.5 baths have been recently renovated and were very modern and clean. Overall, the entire apartment was clean. Each bed was comfortable and we did not end up with sore backs at the end of our stay. The apartment is on the top floor and has great views of the city. Overall, conveniently located and close to the the Sloane Square tube station.
Great neighborhood and cozy apartment
Loved staying in Sloan Square. The apt was in an excellent location and the apartment was very nice as well as clean. Only downsides were hauling suitcases up 4 flights of stairs and the fact that a neighbor had put out an enormous amount of trash on the street that stayed there our entire stay(might have something to do with Easter holiday?). Everything was very clean and entry was very easy and explained well. Would definitely recommend to others.
Thank you for reviewing, which I do appreciate and glad you enjoyed. Apologies for the trash. That is very very usual and should not have happened. the Chelsea and Kensington Borough are very strict about leaving trash on the street level if it is not pick up day ( the fines are very high) .Had I known before, I would have helped finding a solution on site. Thank you for drawing my attention to it.
Property was the perfect spot to explore London for family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens). Excellent amenities within the flat and everything easy to use. Beautiful and cozy inside. The downside was broken doorknob to one of the bathrooms - we locked ourselves out on our way out of town which made us lose our toiletries. This should have been fixed prior to our stay.
Great place. Great location. Good value.
This flat is just as nice as it appears in the photos. It's only a few blocks from Sloane Square (the Tube, and lots of restaurants and stores). You can walk so many places. We walked down to the Eye (2 miles) and many other places. The flat is on the top floor of a quiet street. If noise is an issue, you'll love this place. It's very quiet, especially the bedrooms. A long time ago, I spent a semester in London, and have been back many times. Whether this is your first or your tenth trip to London, you can't go wrong if you choose to stay here. One caveat: it is on the top floor, which could be a problem for older visitors. To me, it was just good exercise!
Fantastic flat and location
We stayed at this lovely flat from November 4 to the 11th. Despite the mostly gray gloomy skies, the flat was warm, cozy and inviting and on sunny mornings, the sitting and dining rooms were drenched with sunlight. The décor is elegant and the layout of the flat provides for privacy and is multi-functional. The kitchen is surprisingly spacious with all the amenities needed to prepare breakfasts, a quick snack and even dinner for those too tired to explore the superb local eateries. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept quite well. The master bedroom is very spacious, has a large King bed with ample closets and a great view and is also quite bright. The second bedroom although much smaller, comfortably slept two and was very quiet. The bathroom plumbing could be a bit tricky but worked well as we followed Belen’s instructions and there was plenty of hot and cold water for all. The flat is on the top floor of a terraced apartment so is overall very quiet. The building has no lift so the three flights of stairs are not for the faint of heart with large suitcases to carry up. Once inside the entrance to the flat, there is another flight of stairs one must climb. Our advice is to travel light. It is well worth it.
When we arrived there was a lovely bowl of apples in the fridge which were very welcome after a long journey. We found it very helpful that we were allowed to leave behind items such as open coffee and tea containers, cooking oil and the like as it seems a waste to throw this out and it is helpful for the next guests who arrive as it is one less thing to buy. Speaking of which, there are three great grocery stores within walking distance; M&S, Sainsbury and Waitrose. They all have great fresh produce, prepared meals, wine selection and really anything that you need to make your stay comfortable. There are also two fantastic bakeries nearby that sell wonderful pastries that are as good as anything you can find in Paris. On Saturdays, there is a local outdoor market close by where you can enjoy oysters on the half-shell, champagne, scotch eggs and a variety of foods from all over. The flat was very clean and we would highly recommend it and hope to one day stay there again.
Thank you so much for your detailed review and for taking the time to share your experience . So grateful you had a great time in Londin and that the flat made your stay unforgettable ... hope to host you at any time ...Best regards

BUSES TO CENTRAL LONDON
My favorite route is Bus number 11 leaving from Kings road (Peter Jones) it takes you to Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square, St Paul and the City (Liverpool Street…), it is a great way to see London. There are many more all departing from Sloane Square.
For stays of a week or so , I recommend to buy an oyster card ( which allows you to use buses and metro). Check prices at London Heathrow
Natwest in Sloane Square ( side of the tube station)
Santander ( Kings road)
London Eye (great for kids and adults) opposite the Houses of Parliament
Hyde Park & Kensington Park (Princess Diane playing ground is great for under 10 yrs. kids)
