Very convenient to shops, freeways, and restaurants. Very quiet and charming area, with houses built in the 20's 30's. Written up in Details Mens magazine as one of top emerging cities in world.

Walk to Griffith Park, which has everything like hiking, tennis, horseback, pool, tennis, soccer, and more. Three blocks to Glendale Blvd (our central Village Area) which has all the shops, eateries, and yoga. Trader Joe's is less than a mile.

Great layout , bedrooms upstairs away from visitors, refinished hardwood floors, Saltillo tile in kitchen, large grassy front yard, rear private small patio, modest yet clean bright, and priced well for the money. Why stay in a hotel??? Smart tv with Netflix and password.

Nice Space in LA

The space was nice and clean and central to most places in LA or anywhere East of LA. The bedrooms had nice beds and the master was spacious with a good work space. Kitchen eating area was a bit small, but worked for us with four people eating at the table. I have to say I was a little worried about the neighborhood, but those worries dissipated once I walked around. The people that live in the neighborhood are nice and outgoing. Looking back, I probably had some misconceptions about the area going into this. You're not too far from Glendale Blvd (very nice, if long walk in the mornings), where there are boutiques and a decent selection of food (we preferred Poof Bakery for morning pastries). You are a short drive from Echo Park and Silver Lake areas for more options. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm in the area. Thanks Kevin!

Perfect location, very clean. We would stay again.

We loved staying here. It was very clean and plenty of household supplies. Was conveniently located to Universal Studios, Hollywood Walk of Fame, Griffith Park, Dodgers Stadium and it was only 40 minutes to Long Beach. Kevin was very responsive to emails. If we are ever back in the area would stay again.

Nice condo in quite neighborhood with easy access to LA's downtown and Hollywood.

Well equipped condo nicely decorated with home-character and nice garden with fontain that covered the remote traffic sound. Kevin was very helpful and shared tips on local shopping and things to do in LA.

Nice Stay in Cute 2-story

The location is great at a dead end street in Atwater Village and just a few minutes down the road from Silverlake.

The furniture and electronics were all nice and the beds comfortable.

The house is showing some wear (cracked ceilings, shower needs to be regrouted) and maybe a deep clean (some decor was pretty dusty). But the price is great. Window a/c in every room made it comfortable on even the hottest day of the year.

I would definitely recommend a stay here if you need to be in the Silverlake, Glendale, Los Feliz areas of the city.

Great location!

This property was the perfect location while we were visiting family in the area. We were able to stay away from the traffic on the freeways to get to just about everything. It was a short drive to the Glendale Galleria and all the shopping you could need. We shopped at Ralph's and Target for groceries and other supplies in Glendale.

Our GPS had difficulty locating the address on Silver Lake even though we put in Los Angeles, Glendale and Atwater Village. We had a regular map of LA and were able to navigate ourselves to the property with it. Kevin gave great instructions as to how to get in the home but I had never used a pin pad lock before so I had difficulty with the lock. A quick phone call to Kevin and he was able to talk me through what was very obvious in hindsight.

The property has plenty of on street parking and the front yard is landscaped to create a serene outdoor space to enjoy the great temperatures and weather we had while we were there.

The entry is into the nicely decorated living room with a comfortable sofa and chairs.There is an air conditioner in the room for the sun that comes in during the day. Upon entering, the home had a musty odor as if it had been closed up since the last visitors. We opened the front door and window over the sink to let the air flow through and it cleared up the problem. We felt safe in the neighborhood to leave the front screen door locked and the regular door open during the day and in the evenings to enjoy the fresh air.

The kitchen has a new refrigerator and stove as well as plenty of dishes, cups, and glassware. The washer and dryer were located in the kitchen. We were grateful to have that convenience.

We used the grill a couple of times on the small enclosed patio just off the back kitchen door.

The two bedrooms and bathroom were located upstairs. Both bedrooms had queen sized beds as well as air conditioners in both rooms. The bed we slept in was comfortable and there was plenty of closet space and drawers to store our clothing while there. The bathroom has a new toilet and sink. The tub/ shower is older and high to get in and out of.

The neighbors in the attached homes next door were quiet. There was some noise from a construction site nearby but nothing that lasted all day.

Kevin was promptly responsive to any questions we had by text.

This property had just what we needed for our two plus week stay in the area.
