About this property

Beautifully maintained stilts house on a peaceful corner lot with no adjacent neighbors. Recently kitchen remodeled and new floors installed. Two bedrooms, two baths…accommodates up to six guests. Master is equipped with a king size bed, closet, dresser and suite bathroom. Second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds and closet. Master bedroom equipped with TV and DVD player. Living area has sofa and love seat with reclainers and flat screen 65 inch TV with Direct TV access. DVDs for adults are available, also books for relaxing afternoons. Fully equipped kitchen. Linens, towels, toilet and paper towel included. Hair dryer, vacumm cleaner, coffee maker, full wine cooler, air fry cooker and all cleaning products also included.

Screened in porch with fans and ping pong table, and 1 individual hammock for lazy afternoons.

Downstairs amenities include outdoor shower, bar-b-q, outdoor seating, and two hammocks. Also a fire pit to enjoy a beautiful night under the stars. Three bikes available. One double kayak with life jackets, use it at your risk.

If the day doesn't bring a good catch, there are endless dining options available just a short drive away.
Snappers, Key Largo Fisheries (have the best stone crabs), Fish House, Pilot House, Conch House (great breakfast joint) many to list! Many of these bay front restaurants charter fishing boats for the day as well. We provide brochures with discounts for your use.

NO PETS.

We have Winn Dixie Supermarket at Key Largo entrance, and another one 5 minutes from the house. Publix Supermarket in the way to the house, and another on mile marker 83.

Beautiful small sandy beach at S Harbor Dr. (Only open Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays). And around there it’s a public park...Sunset Point Park, it has picnic tables and lot of space …facing the Bay🌞🚣‍♀️
For snorkeling and diving: John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, Harris Harris Park, and also snorkeling tours: Sundiver Snorkel Tours, Keys Diver & Snorkel Tours, reef Roamer Catamaran, etc.

Best Place to stay in South Florida

The location is perfect if you want to experience all that S. Florida has to offer. The owners are kind and accommodating. The property is perfect. I hope we have an opportunity to stay again next year!

Absolute gem in Key Largo!

I stayed for almost 3 months. Working away from home! Absolutely lovely house. Access to small private beach. The house gets sun in the morning and afternoons and the porch in the front is just a stunning zen place. Thank you Martha! Had a wonderful time.

Great vacation home in paradise!

This house was perfect for my wife and I. All the amenities and great view from the deck of the gulf. We enjoyed morning bike rides, pickleball in key largo, and the best restaurants you will find anywhere. Luis & Martha are very responsive if you have questions.

A Solo Stay

I'm a single female with two small dogs who stayed here. Overall, the experience was wonderful! Great weather, a very quiet neighborhood, a private beach within walking distance and a nice cozy home. I wish I would have known that the kayak was a double since I had hoped to pull it down to the water and kayak around by myself but it was too big and heavy for just me. Thank you
